THE IMPORTANCE OF DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSING IN TREATMENT OF MARGINAL BLEPHARITIS WITH DEMODEX ETIOLOGY
Abdurakhmonov N.
Abstract: Human Demodex mites play a significant role in the skin microbiome's evolutionary hierarchy, with their presence typically being harmless. However, human demodicosis, a unique skin disease, can resemble various inflammatory skin conditions, leading to confusion in medical literature. The proposal suggests categorizing demodicosis into primary and secondary forms, with primary demodicosis manifesting in different ways, such as spinulate demodicosis, papulopustular/nodulocystic demodicosis, ocular demodicosis, and auricular demodicosis. Secondary demodicosis is often linked to immunosuppression. Treatment approaches lack strong evidence, and the optimal acaricide concentrations are yet to be determined. Enhancing in vitro or ex vivo culture models is crucial for future research. The potential role of bacterial endosymbiosis with Demodex mites in demodicosis pathogenesis requires further investigation through clinical studies and experiments to validate the hypothesis.

Abstract: This article highlights ways to determine the response of the nervous system to external and internal influences in children with lower jaw deformity, as well as ways to determine the degree of violation of this adaptation. The results of biochemical and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays to determine the quality of lifeя and anxiety levels у in children with lower jaw deformities are presented.

AVOIDING SURGERY: CONSERVATIVE APPROACHES TO ADHESIVE BOWEL OBSTRUCTION IN CHILDREN
Eminov R.I.
Abstract: Adhesive small bowel obstruction (ASBO) is a common cause of morbidity in children, particularly in resource-limited settings. This review summarizes recent evidence on the management of ASBO, with a focus on conservative approaches. While conservative treatment, including nasogastric decompression, fluid management, and electrolyte correction, can be successful in some cases, surgery (often open adhesiolysis) remains necessary for many children. Emerging evidence suggests laparoscopic adhesiolysis may offer a safe and effective alternative. Predictive models for ASBO risk are being developed, but further research is needed to optimize treatment strategies and create comprehensive guidelines for ASBO management in children.

Abdugafurova D.G., Amanlikova D.A., Mahmudov L.U., Karabayeva B.B., Kuzieva Z.N., Oripova M.J., Oshchepkova Y.I.
Abstract: When organizing the conditions for conducting research on the immunocorrecting properties of pharmacological agents, the most discussed issues are the choice of methods, doses and administration schemes of the drug under study. The choice of a targeted assessment of the immunotropicity of pharmacological substances is developed on the basis of information about the physico-chemical and biological properties of the drug under study. The Laboratory of Pharmacology and Screening of biologically active substances of the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry has accumulated experience in studying the immunomodulatory and immunocorregulating effects of pharmacological agents using an integrated approach. This approach includes the study of the effect of the studied compound both with a single administration in a wide range of doses, and with a course administration in doses selected with a single administration and recommended for clinical study of a potential drug. A single administration of the test drug simultaneously with the antigen allows you to identify a direct effect on the cells of immune organs.

Abstract: In this article, the authors studied an analysis of the occurrence and causes of instability of the capsular-ligamentous apparatus in children. For the period 2014-2023. The authors examined 78 children (78 eyes) from 2 to 15 years old, (average age 3.7 years) patients undergoing inpatient treatment in the eye department of the TashPMI clinic (Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute) with insufficiency of the capsular ligamentous apparatus

CLINICAL AND FUNCTIONAL ASPECTS OF EARLY DETECTION OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION
Babajanov A.S., Tukhvatulina E.R.
Abstract: The basis of socially significant cardiovascular diseases is the progression of atherosclerosis with the development of its complications and in the last 15 years it has been considered from the perspective of the “cardiovascular continuum”. These studies are aimed at identifying masked arterial hypertension, high normal pressure in middle-aged people, as well as identifying the frequency of cardiovascular complications in patients with uncontrolled arterial hypertension. Identification of patients with high normal blood pressure, as well as masked arterial hypertension, allows for control of risk factors and asymptomatic target organ damage.

FEATURES OF VISUAL CHANGES IN CHILDREN WITH EPILEPSY
Abdullaeva D.R.
Abstract: The incidence of epilepsy is 50-70 people per 100,000 population, the prevalence is 5-10 people per 1000 (Kwan P., Brodi M., 2000; Hauser W.A., 2015). In 70% of patients, it is possible to achieve remission or a decrease in the frequency of attacks (Gusev E.I., 2000; Brodi M., 2004).

ТHE CONCEPT OF "TORCH INFECTIONS" IN PREGNANT WOMEN AND NEWBORNS
Ayupova D.Sh., Madjidova Yа.N.
Abstract: Introduction: At the present time, the infant mortality is gradually decreasing in our country, however the increased morbidity associated with infections of neonatal period remains high. Among them, the leading position goes to intrauterine (TORCH) infections, which plays an important role in the development of infectious and inflammatory processes. The purpose of this review was to familiarize neonatologists, gynecologists, neurologists, pediatricians, infectious disease specialists with various options of the transition of TORCH infection to the actual infectious process and to consider issues of pathogenesis, clinical picture and diagnosis. The materials and research methods were a review of local and foreign literature sources, which discussed the problems associated with intrauterine infections and their clinical and laboratory diagnostics. Conclusion: this review article will allow general practitioners and specialized doctors to define such concepts as TORCH (IUI) infection and TORCH (IUI) infection. Consequently, it will help to navigate in the diagnosis of ante- and intrapartum risk factors for infection and possible outcomes of IUI. A generalization of the literature data on the pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of TORCH infections will make it possible to timely identify IUI and reduce morbidity, infant mortality, and disabilities among young children due to this pathology.
