Abstract: Despite the popularity of cloze tasks as a test, many language educators are not well aware of its merits and demerits. Therefore, this article is an attempt to provide the reader, especially language teachers, with some useful information about the cloze tasks. More specifically, the purposes of this article are to (a) offer a clear definition of the cloze tasks, (b) explain the methodology of applying the cloze tasks, (c) introduce the benefits of the cloze tasks, and (d).

Abstract: In this research work, we will use certain theoretical rules to clarify the semantic content of the terms “migrant adaptation”, “migrant integration”, “state adaptation policy” and “state integration policy” to a certain extent when forming a promising state policy on the adaptation and integration of migrants. We are talking about creating a theoretical and methodological resource that can be used. We believe that its use in the future will serve to further improve migration legislation, prevent the risk of errors in the formation of state migration policy and prevent many migration threats, primarily reducing the risk of crime, illegal migration, extremism and terrorism in the migration environment.

Abstract: A combination of structural and personal factors accelerated the remote work trend. They include COVID-19 pandemics, advancement of digital technology, transportation, greater flexibility and autonomy/freedom from coercive structures of the workplace desired by workers and others. Digital nomadism emerged as a way of work and a type of lifestyle mobility, giving rise to a class of location-independent workers working outside the country of their employer. This conceptual article incorporates classifications and the profile of digital nomads, their motivations and challenges. It proceeds with benefits and obstacles that host countries face while accommodating digital nomads and that employers face while hiring them or providing opportunities for employees to work as digital nomads. Lastly, the discussion part will include the measures to overcome these obstacles and implications for future research and policy.

ASSESSMENT OF PSYCHOEMOTIONAL DISORDERS USING THE SELF-REPORTING QUESTIONNAIRE 20 (SRQ-20) IN MEN WITH INFERTILITY

Abstract: The article presents the results of assessing psychoemotional disorders using the Self-Reporting Questionnaire 20 (SRQ-20) in men with infertility. To fulfill the goals and objectives set for the dissertation research, 80 men from 18 to 33 years old were examined, from partner couples who had been in infertile marriage for more than 2 years, the control group consisted of 30 practically healthy men. Men with various fertility disorders, who were in an infertile marriage due to their fault, experienced more pronounced psycho-emotional disorders than men who were in an infertile marriage with a female factor of infertility, where adaptation disorders were also noted, but less pronounced.
