STRUCTURAL DIFFERENTIATION OF SELF-WORDS

This article examines the structural differences of borrowed words in the Karakalpak language, and also interprets lexical and morphological borrowings and their penetration into the Karakalpak language. Borrowed words are those words that entered the Karakalpak language without translations, but with meanings and explanations from foreign languages. The sources for the article are the works of some authors who worked on borrowed words. The vocabulary of a foreign language in the Karakalpak language is considered from the point of view of structural segmentation and non-segmentation and the types of construction are distinguished.They interpret transliterating loan words to match prototypes in built form and pronounce according to the rules of the native language, but are prone to graphic assimilation. Some foreign words that entered the Karakalpak language by borrowing are interpreted with conditional abbreviations.

Proper selection of products for sauces, their processing and compatibility with food ensure good digestion. According to traditional techniques broths are prepared by grinding the bones, adding water and boiling them on low heat while removing the fat and foam. The chemical composition of the broth testifies to its high nutritional value: dry matter content 6.91%, fat 2.68%, protein 3.78%.
