Abstract. The article focuses on the important tasks of protecting foreign guests visiting Uzbekistan from seismic risk and providing them with knowledge and understanding with the widespread use of modern information technologies in the process of preparing the population of our republic for actions before, during and after an earthquake. To solve these issues, having studied the best practices of developed foreign countries and placing the initial electronic draft of the algorithm of actions developed on the basis of scientific and methodological recommendations in a mobile application, it will serve as an important tool in the quality preparation of all segments of the population for movement in emergency situations.
