WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF COMMUNICATIVE LANGUAGE TEACHING (CLT)?

The growing need for fluent communication skills in today’s globalized world creates a challenge for foreign language teaching. Students must be given a proper foundation of communication skills that are demanded in different interactive real-world situations outside of the classroom. Students need to be prepared for real-life scenarios instead of just helping them to pass a superficial paper exam. Communicative teaching methods are currently a popular point of discussion and their effectiveness has been taken into account by language teachers all over the world. This article aims to provide an overview of communicative language teaching methods and encourage teachers to apply them to their foreign language teaching.

EXPRESSION OF HUMAN APPEARANCE IN PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS WITH ZOONYM COMPONENT

In this article, analysis has been made of French phraseological units with a zoonymic component to describe a person's appearance from different angles. Phraseologisms with a zoonym component have been analyzed as one of the most expressive means of expressing physical characteristics of a person, facial features, cleanliness of a person's appearance and attractiveness. It has also been found that such phraseologies are verbalized mainly through universal zoonyms that have a negative connotation.

The article deals with the issues of employment of graduates of higher educational institutions and solving the problems of a multi-level structure of modeling and optimal control of dynamic modes in the process of monitoring the effectiveness of the activities of educational institutions. The results of the development of algorithms for unified data collection are described, which could adequately characterize the employment of graduates of educational institutions of vocational education, including in the received specialty, taking into account the requirements for the completeness and reliability of the information received. The results of the development of algorithms and a mathematical model for identifying and predicting staffing needs are presented in order to optimize the formation of a list of demanded specialties and competencies of graduates, adjusting educational programs in order to improve the quality of graduates' training.
