This article provides a detailed analysis of the processes of wet heat treatment in the manufacture of the upper range, describes the principle of operation of a special vacuum forming device and detailed characteristics of various degrees of vacuum. as well as the theoretical foundations of the aerodynamic passage of air in a vacuum mode during shaping and the results of studies of several types of suit fabric for breaking load, the corresponding results correspond to the above studies. The substantiation of the sizes of perforations is carried out depending on the limiting state of the deformable tissue, characterized by the breaking load.

The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific opinions on the substantiations of the color field in the Arabic language on the basis of comments made in the work “المعجم الوسيط” (“Perfect explanatory dictionary”). The author tried to scientifically analyze the views expressed by scientists in the article on what is substantiality, the nature of the phenomenon of substantiality in general linguistics. Consequently, the words related to the color field also refer to the qualities of their roots and their analogues, their variety of meanings, as a scientific source, use “المعجم الوسيط” (“Perfect explanatory dictionary”). The volume of the examples given and the literature used suggest that the phenomenon of substantiation in Arabic, described in the article, is an important contribution to the disclosure of the morphological and syntactic essence of words, especially those that relate to the color field.

RESEARCH OF OLIGOMERS FOR COLORING POLYMERS

Epoxy polymers stand out among other polymer materials in a number of properties, playing an important role in aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding and other industries. The purpose of the study is to synthesize epoxy resins based on epichlorohydrin with diphenylolpropane and obtain oligomeric dyes based on them. Their widespread use in technology is associated, firstly, with the high manufacturability of epoxy resins, and secondly, with a unique combination of performance characteristics of their curing products. The optimal conditions for the synthesis of epoxy oligomers have been determined. The structure of the obtained epoxy oligomers was determined by IR spectroscopy and the contents of epoxy and hydroxyl groups in the oligomer were calculated. THERMODYNAMICS OF THE DESORPTION PROCESS AND FEATURES OF REGENERATION OF ADSORBENTS BASED ON BENTONITE CLAY

The article is devoted to the results of research on the study of regeneration processes of adsorbents after their use in wastewater treatment from metal ions. During the experiments, it was established that the process of moisture desorption from bentonite begins at temperatures above 97 °C and consists of two stages. The barogram equation, temperature ranges and thermodynamic characteristics of individual stages of the desorption process in bentonite clay have been compiled. The experimental data were processed using the least squares method at a 95% confidence level using the t-value of the Student coefficient. The effectiveness of bentonite clay in softening artesian water in Tashkent, used in “Bektemir metall constructions” OOO, has been established, when softening it with a total hardness index of 5.8 mEq/l, the Na-form of the tested sorbent allows reducing the total hardness to 1.4 mg-eq/l, which indicates the high efficiency of the water softening process.

DETERMINATION OF ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY OF EXTRACTS OF ENDOPHYTIC FUNGI ISOLATED FROM THE ROOTS OF CYNARA SCOLYMUS L GROWING IN THE UZBEKSITON REGION

Today, the increasing need for antibiotics is the reason to search for new sources of antibiotics and conduct research on them. We think that endophytic fungi living in symbiosis with plants serve as a natural source of antibiotic substances. Methods and Results: Wash the healthy roots under tap water to remove adhering soil particles and epiphytes. After that the healthy roots sample is cut into small pieces of approximately 0.5 cm × 0.5 cm. Immerse the roots samples in 0.1% mercuric chloride solution for 10 min. Followed by 2 min in 70% ethanol. Wash the samples with distilled water for several times and keep them in a sterile blotting paper for dryness. The object of our research work is extracts of endophytic fungi isolated from the root of Cynara scolymus L, belonging to the Asteraceae family. Microorganisms used in research (bacterial and fungal strains) cell culture. Conditionally pathogenic microorganism strains stored in the Laboratory of Molecular Genetics of the Institute of Chemistry of Plant Substances of the Republic of Uzbekistan : Bacillus subtilis UzMT - 5, Pseudomonas aeruginosa UzMT - 225, Staphylococcus aureus UzMT - 91, Escherichia coli UzMT – 221, Candida albicans UzMT – 247. To date, three endophytic fungi have been isolated and extracted from the roots of the plant Cynara scolymus L belonging to the Asteraceae family. The obtained extracts showed significant activity against harmful bacteria and fungal strains. Conclusion: Endophytic fungi will serve as the main natural source of antibiotics in the future. The obtained research results serve as an important source for future experimental processes.
