In recent years, great importance has been attached to the study of biodiversity in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In nature, the types of plants change from year to year, the same species disappear, new species appear in their place. Medicinal plants - for treating people and animals, preventing diseases, as well as food, are plants-herbs used in the perfumery and cosmetics industry. It has been determined that there are 10-12 thousand species of medicinal plants on earth. The chemical, pharmacological and medicinal properties of more than 1000 plant species have been investigated. There are more than 700 species of medicinal plants in Uzbekistan. Of these, about 120 species of plants grown in natural conditions and cultivated are used in scientific and folk medicine. Currently, about 40-47% of medicines used in medicine are obtained from raw plant materials.

This article describes how the etiopathological processes associated with dental disease occur in the prenatal period, the factors influencing the dental status of pregnant women. The clinical features of dental diseases depending on the period and nature of pregnancy were studied. The article discusses the prevalence and intensity of caries and periodontal disease during pregnancy. The scheme of dental examination and clinical examination of pregnant women is given. According to our study, the prevalence of caries and dental diseases in Samarkand currently reaches 75-90% among pregnant women, which indicates that women do not have sufficient knowledge on the prevention of dental diseases. A scheme of therapeutic and prophylactic measures was proposed, based on a review of recent scientific publications designed to improve dental health during pregnancy, antenatal prevention of dental caries in children using endogenous and exogenous means, prevention and treatment methods.

In this article, the scientific basis for increasing the productivity of apples in orchards, reducing the costs of their cultivation, and reducing the amount of damage caused by pests and diseases was explained. In addition, the bioecological characteristics of the development of the main pests of apples were studied, and with the help of ways and methods of monitoring them, cypermethrin 25% em.c. When applied at 0.3 l/ha, damage to fruits is 17%, biological efficiency is 81.8%, and in the third option Endjeo is 24.7% sus.k. When 0.2 l/ha chemical substance was used, the damage of fruits was 9%, and the biological efficiency was 86.5%.
