Abstract: This article provides an overview of the role of air traffic management (ATM) in aviation and the importance of automation in this field. Specifically, the article focuses on the application of multi-agent systems (MAS) in ATM, including their different types, applications, benefits, and challenges. MAS have the potential to revolutionize ATM by improving efficiency, safety, and capacity. However, their implementation is not without challenges, including scalability, complexity, and integration with existing systems. Despite these challenges, the benefits of using MAS in ATM are significant, and further research in this area is needed to fully realize their potential. This article concludes by discussing future directions for research in this exciting field.

Abstract: The article discusses the identification and implementation of ecological issues in molecular physics, as well as the didactic principles of continuity, clarity, relevance, theory and practice. Solving problems in the process of teaching physics has an important educational function. During the teaching process, students fully assimilate new topics, strengthen their knowledge and skills, and identify ecological issues to shape and develop their knowledge, skills and attitudes accordingly. In the presentation of topics, materials from the field of science and technology, teaching methods and tools were used, as well as taking into account the age characteristics, level of knowledge, skills and interests of students. Teaching physics helps students understand modern technology and the scientific basis of technology, and helps them understand the laws that govern the world around us. In particular, it helps to understand the laws of nature in relation to the environment and to analyze them from a physics perspective. In rural schools, students are interested in the ecological state of their country, analyzing environmental issues from a physics perspective and participating in their practical implementation helps to solve these problems. Because of solving a large number of problems related to physics and ecology, it is possible for students to gain practical experience in the field of physics, which can help them to better understand the ecological situation in their country. The article presents 13 topics related to the ecological content of physics and provides materials for studying them. In conclusion, it can be said that ecological issues in physics are underutilized in schools. If every physics teacher actively uses the issues presented in this article during their teaching activities, it will be beneficial to achieve educational goals. Therefore, the identification and implementation of ecological issues in physics in general education schools is of great theoretical and practical importance.

PREGNANCY WITH CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE

Abstract: Congenital heart disease (CHD) is a defect in the structure of the heart and large vessels diagnosed from the moment of birth. The frequency of occurrence varies widely and ranges from 2.4 to 14.15%. Every year, more than 30,000 children with congenital heart defects are born worldwide. For one million of the adult population, there are about 3,500 people with this pathology. Many of these patients are young women planning to carry a pregnancy and give birth to a healthy child [1,2]. In Western countries, congenital heart defects are the most common form of cardiovascular diseases that complicate the course of pregnancy and childbirth. 74% of cases of complications were registered according to the Canadian CARPREG registry and 66% of complications according to The European Register ROPAC.

Abstract: This review is devoted to the description of genetic changes, pathogenetic mechanisms and pathophysiology of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy based on the analysis of the latest published data. The current data on the role of identified numerous mutations of structural, structural and regulatory sarcomere proteins in the pathogenesis of cardiomyopathy are presented. The main hypotheses of the pathogenetic process are highlighted, special attention is paid to the violation of the regulation of calcium metabolism.
