Abstract: In the course of practical experiments of this research work, a composite coating based on heat-resistant acrylic styrene, liquid glass, polyvinyl acetate and vermiculite was synthesize. To study the chemical composition and functional groups of composites in these samples obtained in the course of research, an analysis of physicochemical properties was carry out. The results of the analysis show that the polymer containing acrylic-styrene, liquid glass and polyvinyl acetate were form by chemical bonds using alkaline composites

Abstract: Considering that the utilization of fly ash in the removal of flue gas pollutants not only provide a way of high value-added utilization of fly ash, but also greatly reduce the cost of removing flue gas pollutant, the synthesis of silica sulfuric acid catalyst from fly ash and its application in simultaneous removal of NOx and SO2 with H2O2 were investigated in this work. Circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB) fly ash and pulverized coal boiler (PC) fly ash were selected as raw material to prepare silica sulfuric acid catalyst by H2SO4 activation. PC fly ash was difficult to be activated by H2SO4 due to its dense structure, while CFB fly ash could be treated with H2SO4 to promote dealumination, thereby increasing the silica content. Moreover, the -SO3H withdrawing groups were detected on the silica surface by XPS and Py-FTIR technologies, indicating the formation of silica sulfuric acid. Silica sulfuric acid showed higher activity in catalyzing the NO oxidation by H2O2, and a possible reaction mechanism was proposed. Combined with alkali absorption, 99% SO2 and 92% NOx removal efficiencies can be achieved. The effects of activation conditions such as activation temperature, activation time and calcination temperature and removal experimental parameters such as H2O2 concentration, SO2 concentration and simulated flue gas temperature on the catalytic performance were studied. Finally, the catalyst was not found to be deactivated for ten hours in the stability test.

INVESTIGATION OF INDICATORS OF NITROGEN-CONTAINING COMPLEXING IONIZES BY SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE
Dilafruz Gulboeva, Fayzulla Nurkulov, Zulayxo Smanova
Abstract: It is known, that during the production of polyvinyl chloride in industry, chlororganics are release as a by-product. These additional decoupling chlororganics were isolated and sorbent agents were created from the amines produced by the processing. The sorbents obtained during the practical experiments of the study were establish to be use to treat industrial wastewater Cu (II) and Zn (II) ions. In order to study the indicators of the location and uniform distribution of the elements contained in the sorbent obtained during practical experiments, the scanner was analyze using an electron microscope

METHOD FOR MEASURING THE ELASTICITY OF MATERIALS

Abstract: Currently, considerable attention is paid to improving the reliability of all categories of buildings and structures. Especially for the analysis of deformation and displacement field, the use of various methods is urgently required, one of which is digital holographic interferometry. For the practical application of this method, the authors have developed a technique for processing digital holographic interferograms. Digital holographic interferometers (DHI) used to measure the movements of diffuse-reflecting objects have two unique metrological properties: ultra-high sensitivity to movements (fractions of a nanometer) and the ability to perform measurements simultaneously over the entire surface of the object. Therefore, the main problem in assessing the accuracy of measurements is the lack of exemplary measuring instruments with higher or even similar characteristics. To assess the accuracy of the measurement information in the laboratory of holographic research, the results of the analytical calculation of the elastic line (deflections) of a beam of constant rectangular cross section were used as a comparison base when it was loaded with pure bending. The test results of the technique showed the convergence of experimental and calculated data.

EFFICIENCY OF APPLICATION OF VARIATION QUANTUM ALGORITHMS
Himmatov Ibodilla Qudratovich, Istamov Ismoilzoda Uktamovich
Abstract: The main feature of all algorithms of the type of variational quantum algorithms is the calculation of the cost function that must be minimized. In optimization and logistics and efficient solution problems, the cost function is simply the quantity to be minimized and must include constraints. In quantum chemistry, the cost function is often the energy of the molecule under study. Many machine learning problems require the optimization of a loss function that measures the quality of the prediction. In the variational quantum algorithm, the cost function is mapped to a quantum circuit with adjustable parameters. Designing a quantum circuit for a given cost function is challenging, but several existing circuit architectures are being improved. This paper explores "Problem-Dependent" architectures and focuses on improving problem-specific architectures based on quantum algorithms
