Linguoculturology assumes this task. Differences between languages are based on differences between cultures. In one nation, the units of expression that are considered symbols of culture are simply a means of communication for another. This article explains that lexical and phraseological units used for specific purposes are an important tool for expressing the image of a nation, and what to look for in the translation process.
