RESULTS OF TREATMENT OF POST-STRACHITIC VARUS DEFORMITIES OF THE LOWER LIMB IN YOUNG CHILDREN

Buriev M.N.

The results of treatment of post-strachitic Varus deformities of the lower limb in young children ¬. Varus deformities have large levers for correcting the deformity, and with valgus deformities, one of the curvature levers is short, the load during redressing falls on the capsule-ligamentous apparatus of the knee joint, in particular on its lateral portion, thereby, under a plaster cast, correction of the limb axis occurs due to stretching of the capsule -ligamentous apparatus, which must be taken into account when conducting physiotherapy after removing the plaster.

CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT FOR SYNDROMAL FORM OF ORONAL CHEST DEFORMITY IN CHILDREN

Ruzikulov U.Sh., Narzikulov U.K., Ismatov Kh.T.

Pectus excavatum deformity (PCD) is one of the complex pathological conditions characteristic of the pediatric orthopedic spectrum. According to a number of studies mentioned in the literature, it is observed in 0.4-2.25% of children, which accounts for up to 91% of all congenital chest deformities [3, 4 , 10 ]. Despite significant advances in the treatment of this disease, problems related to its diagnosis and treatment remain relevant. As the child grows, these problems can worsen, leading to compression of the internal organs of the chest and disruption of their functioning. Obvious cosmetic defects and deterioration in cardiorespiratory condition observed in older children with CAD can cause feelings of isolation, inadequacy and difficulty in social adaptation, which in turn negatively affects the mental development of the child [4, 9].

SCREENING OF SALT-TOLERANT MICROORGANISMS FROM THE SOIL OF A FORMER PESTICIDE STORAGE IN MIRZABAD DISTRICT

Z. R. Akhmedova, T. E. Shonakhunov, A.A. Ibragimov, Z.T. Khamraeva

More than 20 strains of persistent cultures of microorganisms were isolated from the soil of a former pesticide warehouse in the Mirzabad district of the Syrdarya region. The prevailing concentrations were distinguished by 3 -bacterial cultures: Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus subtilus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 2 -actinomycete cultures: Streptomyces violaceorubidus, Streptomyces rochae. The isolated cultures were resistant to high salt concentrations, such as NaCl and Na2SO4. It was found that at concentrations of 10-15%, added to the nutrient medium of NaCl and Na2SO4 salts, the selected cultures had the ability to grow with the formation of a sufficient concentration of biomass in the culture medium

EFFECT OF BACTERIAL STRAINS ON THE YIELD OF INDIGOFERA TINCTORIA AND СROTALARIA JUNCEA PLANTS

Surayyo Negmatova, Bakhadir Khalikov, Gayrat Yakubov, Manzura Nurullayeva

In this article, it is stated that the number and weight of pods per plant, the weight of 1000 grains, and the grain yield are higher when the seeds of non-traditional crops are treated with rhizosphere bacterial strains. The number of pods in one crotalaria plant is 58.0-75.0; the average number of seeds in one pod is 5; seed weight in one pod is 0.187-0.189 g; The weight of 1000 seeds is 37.5-37.8 g, when the bacterial strain Rizo No. 15 is applied, high results were observed, compared to the control group. Compared to the control group, seed weight in pods was higher by 0.02 g; The weight of 1000 seeds was higher by 0.3 g; when Rizo No. 15 bacterial strain was applied to Indigofera, 414.0 pods were produced in one plant, which were 64 pods more than the control group; The seed yield of crotalaria variant 4 treated with Rezo No. 15 bacterial strain was 22.5 centner per ha, which is 5.8 centner per ha higher than the control variant; 2.8-3.2 centner per ha compared to variants treated with other strains; the 8th variant of indigofera seed treated with bacterial strain, 11.7 t/ha yield was obtained and 2.4 t/ha additional yield was obtained and all the results above were scientifically explained.
