INTEGRATED APPROACH TO CORRECTING NEUROCOGNITIVE DEFECTS IN SCHIZOPHRENIA

Spirkina Marina Aleksandrovna, Turayev Bobir Temirpulotovich, Sharapova Dilfuza Nematillayevna, Shernazarov Farrukh

According to many experts, 94% of patients with schizophrenia identify neurocognitive defects to some extent. The medical and social significance of the problem is that individuals of working age have a large share among patients with schizophrenia. Cognitive impairment occurs in remission. Cognitive deficits are an important independent or even leading disease that largely determines the social and therapeutic prognosis of the disease, often leading to the labor and social adaptation of patients.

We are all embedded in a certain socio-cultural context, which also plays an important role in the formation and appropriation of code-dependent behavior. In such a broad sense, the dependence on code has existed throughout human history and has become so widespread that people began to consider it not a pathology, but the norm of human life. In addition, various stereotypes of behavior and emotions caused by this phenomenon are perceived and confirmed by society as ideal, they are based on cultural traditions, promoted by art and literature.

BASIC PRINCIPLES OF ORGANIZING GERONTOPSYCHIATRIC ASSISTANCE AND THEIR ADVANTAGES

Sedenkova Marina Vladimirovna, Sharapova Dilfuza Nematillayevna, Turayev Bobir Temirpulotovich, Shernazarov Farrukh

The prevalence of severe cognitive disorders in populations, the involvement of many people of working age in medical, economic, psychological and social problems associated with late dementias, the lack and inconsistency of information about the mechanisms of formation of these diseases. A model for organizing gerontopsychiatric care for individuals with cognitive disorders has been developed.

The accumulation of information about cognitive impairments in late age has led to their understanding as predictably unfavorable. The etiology of these diseases, the structure of cognitive impairment, their diversity in terms of a set of additional psychopathological symptoms explains the heterogeneity of their dynamics. Psychotic symptomatology is often one of the earliest manifestations of severe cognitive impairment, requiring study.

SOCIAL, SOCIO-CULTURAL AND BEHAVIORAL RISK FACTORS FOR THE SPREAD OF HIV INFECTION

Rotanov Aleksei Nikolaevich, Sharapova Dilfuza Nematillayevna, Turayev Bobir Temirpulotovich, Shernazarov Farrukh

Potentially many negative factors can be alerted or corrected, and factors that have a preventive effect can be exacerbated. The creation of additional barriers that increase the requirements for migrants by the state should indirectly have a positive effect on the quality characteristics of migrants and, accordingly, reduce the spread of HIV infection and other socially significant diseases.

SOLVING OF SYSTEM OF PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS OF SECOND ORDER BY MEANS OF THE METHOD OF ADDITIONAL ARGUMENT

Ashirbayeva Aizharkyn Zhorobekovna, Bekieva Malika Raimjonovna

The application of the method of additional argument to a system of high-order partial integro-differential equations is relevant. Kyrgyz scientists have considered applications of this method to a system of partial differential equations of first order. In this paper, the system of partial integro-differential equations of the second order with initial conditions is reduced to a system of integral equations.

INVESTIGATION OF SOLUTIONS OF PARTIAL INTEGRO-DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION OF FOURTH ORDER BY MEANS OF A NEW WAY

Ashirbayeva Aizharkyn Zhorobekovna, Zholdoshova Chebire Burkanovna

This article discusses the partial integro-differential equation of fourth order. To solve the problem, a new method is used, with the help of which we will bring the partial integro-differential equation of fourth order to a form convenient for using the additional argument method. The initial problem for a fourth-order equation is first reduced to a system of second-order partial differential equations. And the system of equations in partial derivatives of the second order is reduced by the method of an additional argument to a system of integral equations, for which the principle of compressive reflections is applied.
