This article analyzes the relationship between the state and religion in "Temur's Laws". In the reign of Amir Temur, how the relationship between the state and religion was regulated. Since ancient times, religion and law have been the most important social regulatory tools. Religious norms, as well as early legal norms, determine what people should do in certain situations, what is forbidden and what is allowed to be done in certain circumstances, and what punishment should be given to those who violate the norms. During the development of the civilization of the Turkic peoples, the ratio of state law and religious norms changed depending on a particular country, its history, politics, social structure and the spread of a particular sect. This article shows the reasons for the relationship between religion and state power, the most important factor affecting the relationship between religion and jurisprudence at that time.
