LYMPHADENITIS: CAUSES, SYMPTOMS, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, LYMPHADENITIS IN CHILDREN

Madaminov Muxammadvali Ikromjon oʻgʻli

Lymphadenitis is a pathology characterized by specific or nonspecific inflammation of lymph nodes. During its development, the enlargement of lymph nodes, pain during palpation and general weakness are observed. The cause of inflammation is infection. The nature of the causative agent and the level of its sensitivity to antibiotics are determined in the analysis of the biopsy sample taken from the damaged nodes. On the background of lymphadenitis, purulent complications — abscesses or adenophlegmons — may develop. Such furnaces must be opened and drained.

EFFECTIVENESS OF OZONE THERAPY IN THE TREATMENT OF SALPINGOOPHARITIS

Юнусова Азиза Рахматиллоевна, Камарова Ибодат Нуриддиновна

Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is a group of disease caused by pathogenic microorganisms. This can be the herpes virus, gonococcus ,chlomidia, etc. Patients with inflammatory diseases of the genital organs of the small pelvis account for 60-65 % among outpatients and up to 30% among inpatient gynecological patient. PID is one of the most common causes of reproductive disorders in women. Timely and inadequate treatment leads to various complication such as endometritis, chronic pelvis pain, infertility, miscarriage, menstrual irregularities and problems in sexual activity.Antimicrobial therapy plays a major role in the treatment of women with HIPO. However, even the use of modern drugs does not guarantee the disease . In connection with this, in the complex treatment of exacerbations of chronic inflammatory diseases of the internal genitalis organs, numerous methods of pathogenic therapy using physiological factors are used. At present, traditional methods of ozone therapy previously developed by German ozone therapists, are widely introduced into domestic practice ( S Riling, R Viban 1985). Using gaseous ozonized vegetable oil , which are highly effective against infectious diseases and have a wide range of effects on biosystems. It has been established that ozone has not only bactericidal , fugocidal and virucidal properties . Unlike antibacterial drugs , ozone and its therapeutic dose does not have a negative effect on the body ( if ozone is excluded from the respiratory tract).

METABOLIC ACTIVITY OF LOCAL STRAINS OF LACTOBACILL-PRODUCERS OF EXOPOLYSACCHARIDES

Элова Н.А, Нормуродова К.Т , Файзуллаев О.А, Бердиқулова Г.С

In this work, the physicochemical characterization of EPS of local strains of lactobacilli was carried out. The resulting EPS are heteropolysaccharides: the monosaccharide composition contains residues of mannose, glucose, galactose, and rhamnose. EPS of local strains of lactobacilli have a low molecular weight (from 5600 to 71000 Da). As a result of the fermentation of MPC-broth by local strains of lactobacilli, it is possible to obtain products that differ in amino acid and volatile fatty acid composition and have different biological value and functional properties. The difference in the amino acid activity of the studied strains of lactobacilli can be expressed in the formation of various functional properties of biological products produced on their basis.
