Abstract. This article provides scientific information about the president's decisions on grain cultivation, the negative effects of the sudden drop of the air after germination and the rise of the air during the ripening process, and the main causes of soil salinity. Also, there is information about the methods of tilling the soil, how thickly the soil should be plowed after harvesting the wheat.
