ILLNESSES OF RADIOACTIVE RADIATION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF RADIOACTIVITY IN MEDICINE

Sharifov Ruslan, Abdullayeva Laila, Ergasheva Dilnura

Towards the end of the development of light diseases, the patient's condition worsens. They experience severe weakness, headache, loss of appetite, and the temperature rises. The stroke of the blood vessels accelerates, the arterial pressure decreases, the heartbeat is not felt well. All symptoms characteristic of light diseases appear: the production of blood elements decreases, a complete change in blood composition occurs. Lymphopenia and leukopenia increase, anemia develops. As a result of a decrease in the amount of platelets, blood coagulation is disturbed and thrombocytopenia occurs. ROE accelerates to 30-70 mm per hour, hemorrhages and bleeding are observed, oral ulcers appear, hair loss, diarrhea mixed with blood and mucus is observed.

MAIN HEMODYNAMIC PATTERNS IN OVERWEIGHT PATIENTS DURING PROCTOLOGICAL SURGERY

Матлубов Мансур Муратович, Нематуллоев Тухтасин Комилжонович

According to the latest World Health Organization (WHO) estimates, more than one billion people worldwide are overweight. For this reason, the study of the hemodynamic status of overweight patients is of great importance for preparing for surgery, determining the characteristics of drug treatment, and choosing the optimal method of anaesthesia. The purpose of the study: is to study the hemodynamic status of overweight patients during proctological operations. Materials and methods. In order to study the state of central and peripheral hemodynamics in the postoperative period during proctological operations, 84 overweight patients aged 23 to 65 years were examined. The control group consisted of 21 patients of the same age with normal body weight. In all patients, the main surgical pathology was diagnosed by coloproctologists as uncomplicated. Body mass index was used to determine the degree of obesity. Results: In this study, it was found that increased body weight has an extremely negative effect on hemodynamics and the functional state of the heart, as well as on the state of the cardiovascular system. It has been established that in patients with the 2nd and 3rd degree of obesity, the state of the cardiovascular system is at a weakened level. Conclusion: patients with obesity showed a significant decrease in the motor function of the heart, cardiac index, reserve ratio, left ventricular power index, as well as the formation of heart failure. It has been established that obese patients need individual preventive cardiac care and optimal and safest methods of anaesthetic management.

DISTRIBUTION OF HEART RHYTHM DISORDERS AND THE MECHANISMS OF THEIR DEVELOPMENT IN PANDEMIC CONDITIONS

Лаханов Асроржон Олимкулович, Ташкенбаева Элеонора Негматовна, Абдиева Гулнора Алиевна

A significant proportion of patients infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV2) (COVID-19) also have disorders that affect heart rhythm. In this review, we provide an overview of the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying the associated arrhythmic complications of COVID-19 infection, evidence-based recommendations for the clinical management of these conditions. Arrhythmic manifestations of COVID-19 include atrial arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation or atrial fit, sinus node dysfunction, atrioventricular conduction abnormalities, ventricular tachyarrhythmias, sudden cardiac arrest, and cardiovascular dysautonomia, including the so-called prolonged COVID syndrome. The development of atrial or ventricular arrhythmias in hospitalized patients with COVID-19 portends a higher risk of death in the hospital. Arrhythmic complications from acute COVID-19 infection are commonly encountered in clinical practice, and COVID-19 patients with cardiac complications tend to have worse clinical outcomes than those who do not. Treatment of these arrhythmias should be based on published evidence-based recommendations, with particular regard to the severity of COVID-19 infection, the concomitant use of antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory drugs, and the transient nature of some arrhythmias. Some manifestations, such as prolonged COVID syndrome, may result in residual symptoms several months after an acute infection. As the pandemic evolves with the discovery of new variants of SARS-CoV2, the development and use of new antiviral and immunomodulatory drugs, and the growing introduction of vaccination, clinicians must remain vigilant for other arrhythmic manifestations that may occur in connection with this new but potentially fatal disease.
