DYNAMICS OF FEATURES OF ETIOLOGY, CLINICAL COURSE AND STRUCTURE OF PURULENT-INFLAMMATORY DISEASES IN CHILDREN

Gafurova N.S.

Frequency, structure and clinical displays Purulent flammatory diseases at 112 children at the age from 0 till 15 years were on treatment in branch of the second Tashkent children’s surgical hospital and addressed for out-patient the help in a polyclinic are studied. Now a number of aspects Pyoinflammatory diseases at children's age requires revision owing to the changed mutual relations between the microbic activator and an organism of the child. Researches testify to change of specific structure of activators Pyoinflammatory diseases in children's age. It is necessary to underline, that absence is connected with plurality of factors of pathogenicity nosologic the specificity, infections caused by is conditional-pathogenic microorganisms that distinguishes them from the majority of pathogenic bacteria. As a rule, standard treatment for most purulent-inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system involves surgical intervention followed by the application of antibacterial and symptomatic therapy. However, correction of immune-metabolic disorders using medications and physiotherapeutic methods is not always employed. The authors also claim that the treatment of this group of patients should be based on a comprehensive approach involving both surgical interventions and therapeutic measures. Surgical methods for treating purulent-inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system dominate and consist of the following main components: primary or secondary surgical treatment of the purulent focus (with removal of the causative tooth of odontogenic origin if applicable) during adequate wound drainage. Special attention is paid to the surgical approach, which should provide the shortest possible route to the purulent focus while also creating adequate conditions for exudate evacuation without forming sinuses and pockets. The therapeutic regimen is divided into general measures, including antibacterial, desensitizing, immunostimulating, detoxifying, and other treatment methods, and local treatment, which involves ensuring adequate drainage of purulent exudate from the focus of inflammation, suppression of the activity of pathogenic microorganisms, maintenance of tissue necrosis, reduction of interstitial pressure, normalization of microcirculation, and acceleration of regeneration processes. It should be noted that currently, most researchers and clinicians adhere to the concept of therapeutic measures that take into account the stages of the purulent-inflammatory process and the pathophysiological processes occurring in the purulent focus.

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE SURGICAL PROCEDURES TO TREAT HIRSCHSPRUNG DISEASE IN CHILDREN

Ollabergenov O.T., Terebaev B.A., Nematov A.Sh.

Children who underwent TEPT had fewer rate of postoperative complications, especially episodes of postoperative HAEC. Therefore, in the treatment of HD in children, preference should be given to TEPT which is less traumatic, had better cosmetic outcome and low incidences of postoperative complications

EXACERBATIONS OF COPD AND THE IMPACT ON THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF PATIENTS

Saipova D.S., Egamberdieva D.A., Ruzmetova I.A.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is characterized by persistent inflammation of the lower respiratory tract, impaired mucociliary activity, and emphysematous destruction of the lungs, resulting in irreversible airflow limitation. These clinical signs sharply limit the physical activity of patients and lead to a decrease in quality of life and disability

DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY IN PATIENTS WITH COPD

Saipova D.S., Egamberdieva D.A., Ruzmetova I.A.

The incidence of COPD has increased worldwide and is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality. Common symptoms of the disease include shortness of breath, cough, sputum production, and changes in airway composition resulting from chronic exposure to cigarette smoke or pollutants. Depression and anxiety aggravate obesity and lead to exacerbation of COPD, and can also have a profound impact on health status, exercise capacity, lung function and mortality.

HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF THE CONDITION OF THE ORAL MUCOSA AFTER ORTHOPEDIC TREATMENT

Abduvakilov Zhakhongir Ubaydullayevich, Irgashev Shokhrukh Khasanovich

The most common causes of complications in the mouth and the unsuitability of fixed structures are considered to be inflammatory processes, caries and its complications (16.4–25.2%), thermal burns of the pulp (4.3%), cementation of the supporting crowns (8-21% of all complications). These processes often develop in the area of the edge of artificial crowns and are caused by the destruction of the cement layer that fixes the non-removable prosthesis. One of the typical complications of dental prosthetics, which often develops within the first year after fixation of the artificial crown, is the exposure of the neck of the tooth root due to gum recession

WORK BASED ON SOIL-RESOURCE CONSUMPTION TECHNOLOGY

Igamberdiev Askar Kimsanovich, Usmanova Gulnoza, Mirzayeva Shaxnoza

The article notes that during the operation of tillage machines on soils with low water retention capacity, compacted and hard layers, as a result of the interaction of the working bodies, clods with high fractional component appear on the surface of the ploughed layer. Field experiments show that a shallow tillage layer cannot retain sufficient water and moisture reserves. Soils with higher fractional content show intensive physical evaporation. Field experiments according to the specially developed scheme showed that as a result of physical evaporation soil moisture decreased by 19.39% in the 0-10 cm layer, by 21.88% in the 10-20 cm layer and by 24.05% in the 20-30 cm layer. It is recommended to use the resource-saving technology of soil tillage, which allows to preserve the moisture reserves in the soil and to reduce the losses of soil moisture by physical evaporation due to precipitation (snow and rain) in the autumn-winter and early spring period. It has been proved that it is possible to save soil moisture from physical evaporation at the level of fractional content in the surface layer not more than 5-10 mm at treatment based on resource-saving technology

ZOOHYGIENIC REQUIREMENTS FOR KEEPING BEES

A. Soyibjonov, F. Umarov, T. Malikov

Beekeeping is ultimately a rewarding, profitable and interesting industry. The main beekeeping products are honey, wax, propolis and bee milk, which are always in great demand among the people. Honey is highly valued for its nutritional value, wax and propolis are used in medicine and veterinary medicine. Bees help pollinate more than 100 species of plants and fruit trees. The yield of sunflower, cotton, buckwheat, and alfalfa increases by 20-30%.

THE USE OF PHYTOTHERAPY IN CHILDREN WITH RESPIRATORY DISEASES

Shaykhova Munira Ikramovna, Karimova Dilorom Ismatovna

Treatment with herbal preparations can be considered unique and one of the most sought-after therapies from time immemorial. Thanks to the achievements of science and practical experience in the use of medicines, phytotherapy is also one of the most important areas of modern medicine, which, thanks to the variety of natural biologically active compounds, allows you to solve all kinds of clinical problems, provides optimal effects on the body in all diseases, while complying with the principles of safety. It is proved that the rational use of medicines in the treatment of respiratory diseases can significantly increase the effectiveness of therapeutic, preventive and rehabilitative measures. Most often, in medical practice, one has to deal with infectious and inflammatory processes that are localized in the upper respiratory tract. The cause of most diseases of the ENT organs and oral cavity - both acute and chronic – are infectious agents.
