HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IS HEALTH THROUGH EDUCATION Abstract: A healthy lifestyle, like science, has not become a fashionable one-day thing, but has firmly established itself in the general education system of our country. Although it is not taught as a separate subject and has not found its place in the database of compulsory school subjects, a healthy lifestyle somehow manifests itself in such courses as natural history, biology, ecology, and even local history. Standards of living and health are today considered as the most important conditions for humanitarian progress and its criteria. This approach makes us consider a healthy lifestyle as a complex dynamic system characterized by family, household, social, labor and communicative activities. The harmonization of the system depends on the harmony of its subjects.

CONDUCTING TYPES OF SUPERVISION IN A HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION Abstract: In this article, the professor-teacher who conducted training sessions on the relevant subject is prohibited from participating in the final type of control. Professors and teachers of other higher education institutions in the relevant subject may be involved in conducting the final type of supervision based on an agreement. The composition of the commission is formed from professors and teachers of relevant subjects and experts in the field. The assessment of students' knowledge is recorded by the professor-teacher of the relevant subject in the journal of students' mastery of subjects (hereinafter referred to as Journal). In addition, the professor-teacher can conduct the assessment of students' knowledge in the electronic system. USING AUTHENTIC MATERIALS TO DEVELOP STUDENTS` SPEAKING SKILLS Abstract: The current research attempts to determine whether teaching speaking to foreign language learners using real materials is successful. Participants in this study were a group of intermediate-level language students from language centers who, on average, ranged in age from 14 to 17 years old. Participants received two additional speaking lessons to achieve results. During the first lesson, a group of students was instructed and engaged in exercises using customary and unauthentic materials. We noticed their activity and interest. Participants in the second meeting were also watched. However, the fact that they were taught using real materials made the difference between the two lessons. When teaching speaking, using authentic materials is more effective than using standard course materials, according to both observation and results
