The formation of entomofauna and their mutual development in gardens is important and has a great influence on the change in the number of phytophages. In our observations, when studying entomophages in garden agrobiocenoses, 24 dominant species belonging to 7 families were identified. The ratio of these entomophages in relation to entomophages was also studied.

27.04.2022 Volume 1 Issue 1 View more DownloadThe results of the study of the chemical components of individual organs - roots, leaves, stems and seeds - of the Glaucium elegans plant from a previously unexplored place of growth, the vicinity of Fergana, are presented. The quantitative content of the total alkaloids and extractive substances in general, as well as 32 macro- and microelements was determined. Extraction of organic substances was carried out in alcohol, and then, after removal of the solvent and treatment of the residue with ammonia, the mixture of alkaloids was extracted successively with chloroform and n-butanol. It was found that the content of the total alkaloids is higher than in previous studies from other places of growth. The qualitative composition of alkaloids is also different.

Elemental analysis showed that it is rich in sodium Na and potassium K, which are essential for life. The amount of free amino acids in the Echinops knorringianus plant was determined from FTK derivatives using the method of Stephen A, Cohen Daviel. Qualitative and quantitative analyzes of amino acids have been investigated. It has been found to contain 20 amino acids.
