CALCULATION OF GEOMETRIC DIMENSIONS AND ITS ANALYSIS OF BEVEL AND CHEVRON GEAR TRANSMISSIONS

E. Abdimuminov , D. Irgashev , SH. Sharipov

In order for bevel and chevron gears, which are considered to be the most widely used gear mechanisms in mechanical engineering, to reliably serve the power they can transmit for a long time, it is necessary to accurately calculate the geometric dimensions of the teeth and the location of the teeth on the surface of the wheel. In order to prevent the formation of heat and abrasive wear on the teeth surfaces of the gears and the forces generated in the teeth of the gears, the demand for the materials of the gears used in the machine industry is allowed based on the value of the forces generated in it. We calculated the selection of materials for gear transmissions from the given voltage value.

MICROSCOPIC MYOCARDIAL CHANGES IN COVID-19

R.Israilov , Z.Ergasheva

In this work, we studied the electron microscopic features of myocarditis and its possible pathogenetic mechanisms in the long term after the acute stage of COVID-19. The material of the study was pieces of the myocardium of deceased patients diagnosed with post-covid myocarditis. The appearance of viral particles in the interstitial tissue of the myocardium, the development of edema at the submicroscopic level, the destruction of structural elements, the formation of a thrombus in the lumen of the capillary, consisting of platelets, fibrin and plasma protein clots, proves viral myocardial damage in COVID-19. Initially, the interstitial tissue and microvessels of the myocardium are affected, then structural rearrangements of individual cardiomyocytes occur due to viral intoxication, hypoxia and ischemia. The disappearance of the nucleus due to karyolysis, the destruction of myofibrils in the form of homogenization and destruction, the complete destruction of mitochondria and the disappearance of their ultrastructural organization, the increase in the osmophilicity of the matrix due to the accumulation of lipid and calcific inclusions - all this indicates the development of local necrosis of cardiomyocytes in COVID-19.

DETERMINATION OF THE EFFECT OF RUTAN ON THE BIOTRANSFORMATION AND GLUCURONIDATION OF DRUGS IN THE MODEL OF ACUTE TOXIC HEPATITIS

R.Boboeva

As a result of the experiment, it was shown that in acute toxic hepatitis with SsL4 (tetrachloromethane), rutan polyphenol isolated from the tannic plant Rhus coriaria L. reduces barbituric sleep due to the effect on biotransformation and glucuronidation of drugs. These results restore the functional activity of monooxygenase enzyme systems of hepatocytes, which underlies the favorable effect of legalon and rutan on the biliary function of the liver in acute toxic hepatitis.

SYSTEM OF MEASURES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF TRANSFUSIONS OF BLOOD COMPONENTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

B.Usmonalieva , Z.Ubaydullaeva

Ensuring the safe transfusion of blood and its derivatives for the recipient remains a very urgent problem of modern transfusion medicine. Despite the existing achievements in this area, unfortunately, it is still not possible to completely secure blood transfusions for the recipient. The tasks of the Blood Services of all countries of the world without exception include ensuring the safety of donated blood and its components for patients receiving transfusions in clinics. An absolute priority is to ensure infectious safety in relation to bloodborne infections, among which viral hepatitis is the most common. Diagnosis of hepatitis B and C at the present level is mandatory both in Uzbekistan and abroad. At the same time, it should be emphasized that it is in the Blood Service that the most modern diagnostic methods with maximum sensitivity are used. Donor blood transfusion worldwide, an average of 0.01-2% of donors are carriers of hepatitis viruses. Therefore, at present, donor blood is examined for the presence of hepatitis viruses before transfusion to the recipient. The risk of infection increases in individuals who need repeated blood transfusions or blood products [3,4].
