CALCULATION OF GEOMETRIC DIMENSIONS AND ITS ANALYSIS OF BEVEL AND CHEVRON GEAR TRANSMISSIONS

Abstract. In order for bevel and chevron gears, which are considered to be the most widely used gear mechanisms in mechanical engineering, to reliably serve the power they can transmit for a long time, it is necessary to accurately calculate the geometric dimensions of the teeth and the location of the teeth on the surface of the wheel. In order to prevent the formation of heat and abrasive wear on the teeth surfaces of the gears and the forces generated in the teeth of the gears, the demand for the materials of the gears used in the machine industry is allowed based on the value of the forces generated in it. We calculated the selection of materials for gear transmissions from the given voltage value.
