CLINICAL AND NEUROLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CHILDREN WITH HEREDITARY SPASTIC PARAPLEGIA OF STRUMPEL IN COMPARATIVE ASPECT WITH CEREBRAL PALSY AND SPASTIC DIPLEGIA

Omonova U.T., Okiljonova N.A., Bakhromova G.A.

We compared the clinical and neurological picture of hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) and cerebral palsy of spastic diplegia. The results of a neurological examination indicate that in patients in the comparison group, clinical symptoms, especially changes in the cranial innervation and motor sphere, were more pronounced compared to the main group. During a clinical and neurological examination of patients with HSP, we identified both pure spastic paraplegia, characterized only by motor disorders (71.5%), and spastic paraplegia with complications (20%) in the form of dysfunction of the cranial nerves, intellectual impairment of varying degrees (5.4%), pelvic organ dysfunction (4.4%), history of seizures (5.2%), polyneuropathies (3.15%), extraneural symptoms were detected in 3 (3.1%) patients, i.e. congenital skin changes in the form of ichthyosis.

STRUCTURAL IDENTIFICATION OF AMINOPOLYSACCHARIDE CHITOSAN APIS MELLIFERA WITH GLUTARALDEHYDE

Ikhtiyarova G.A., Ulashov Sh.M.

The article contains the synthesis of chitosan aminopolysaccharide Apis mellifera in liquid nitrogen and the preparation of Schiff bases based on glutaraldehyde with chitosan, electron microscopy of chitosan synthesized by a cryogenic method, and IR spectroscopy of the resulting chitosan and glutaraldehyde. The presence of intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the polymer and the aldehyde allows us to conclude that the mechanism of interaction between glutaraldehyde and chitosan is valid.

AI AND IoT PRACTICAL EDUCATION

Lee Seungjik

Teaching methods that enable students to think creatively and independently are very important. Many educators are educating while thinking about these things. Especially in engineering, hands-on education is more important than anything else. I believe that professor give the task to students, students have to solve the tasks that received from professorson their own. I would like to introduce what I teach at TUIT, the Department of Artificial Intelligence, where I work, to teach students how to solve problems on their own and be creative. For practical training in engineering education, practical equipment is very important. We brought practice equipment for students from Korea and allowed them to use it freely. Additionally, students can freely use all equipment, including 3D printers, installed in the lab. It doesn't matter what the student creates using this equipment. Discuss together only when they have questions. Research online with your student to find the best answer. Let’s take a look at which students around the world have similar concerns as you. Through this process, students’ interest is aroused. Find information on your own on the Internet. Students receive this type of education and create their own robotic arms using a 3D printer and control the robotic arms using a computer. Student satisfaction is high. We also suggest good methods for education in IoT and AI to others.
