ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITY OF PRODUCED ELECTRIC POWER

Nazarbaeva B.А., Shenna N.Е.

Analysis of the quality of generated electricity is an important process that allows us to determine the compliance of electricity parameters with requirements and standards. To analyze the quality of generated electricity, specialized instruments and systems are used, such as electrical parameter analyzers. The results of the analysis help to identify problematic issues in the power supply system and take measures to eliminate or minimize them. The article discusses the main parameters that you should pay attention to when analyzing the quality of electricity.

MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF DEFORMATION OF A PARABOLOID OF REVOLUTION IN A MAGNETIC FIELD

Indiaminov Ravshan Shukurovich, Kholzhigitov Sobir Mamaraupovich

The development of science and new technologies poses more subtle, specific, and detailed requirements for solving technical and technological problems in various fields, such as mechanical engineering, instrument making, electrical engineering, etc. Scientific and technological progress constantly demands the formulation and solution to new, increasingly complex model problems. The process of deformation of a paraboloid of revolution under the influence of variable electromagnetic forces and mechanical loads is mathematically modeled in the article. Numerical results were obtained and electromagnetic effects were analyzed.

FLAVONOIDS OF PAPAVER ANGRENICUM PLANT

I.J. Jalolov, M. Kurbanova, M. Mirzaolimov, Kh.Dolimov

The composition of flavonoids of the plant Papaver angrenicum, growing in the Ertosh district of the Angren district of the Tashkent region, was studied. We studied the composition of flavonoids in the plant Papaver angrenicum, growing in Uzbekistan, for the first time. A flow diagram for the extraction of flavonoids from plants of the Papaveraceae family has been developed. For the first time, the flavonoid apigenin was isolated from a plant composition and its structure was proven based on mass, IR, and NMR spectroscopy data.

DYNAMICS OF CHANGES IN THE CELLULAR COMPOSITION OF VARIOUS STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL ZONES OF PEYER'S PATCHES OF OFFSPRING BORN FROM FEMALE RATS WITH HYPOTHYROIDISM

Ishandjanova S.Kh., Otazhanova A.N., Rahmatullayeva R.V., Fozliyeva M.V.

Clinical observations indicate that hypothyroidism negatively affects the structural and functional state of the body as a whole, including the immune system. In the body of patients with hypothyroidism, various immune disorders develop, which depend on the level of thyroid hormones and the duration of the disease. To date, the structural features of the immune system organs, including Peyer's patches, of offspring born from mothers with thyroid hormone deficiency have not been sufficiently studied. The aim of the study was to elucidate the effect of experimental maternal hypothyroidism on the cellular composition of various structural and functional zones of Peyer's patches in early postnatal ontogenesis. Hypothyroidism was induced in white outbred female rats weighing 180-200 g by administering mercazolil per os at a dose of 5 mg/kg for 21 days. The PB of the offspring born from them was studied using morphological, morphometric and statistical research methods. It has been established that under experimental hypothyroidism in animals there is a decrease in the mass of lymphoid organs and their cellular composition. Quantitative shifts in various PB zones progressed on the 21st day of experimental hypothyroidism and manifested themselves as a decrease in the number of cells in all structural and functional zones, mainly due to lymphocytes, macrophages, plasmacytes and destructive cells in all PB zones. In all zones, the total number of cells showed a pronounced tendency to decrease.

PECULIARITIES OF SOME WEEVILS (COLIOPTERA CURCULIONIDAE) OF THE FERGANA VALLEY

Аbdurashidov Abdulaziz Baxtiyorovich, Yuldashev Nasirdjan Muxamedjanovich, Sertaev Muxametamin Mametjanovich

The Article describes the results of field research conducted in April–October 2021 in the Fergana Valley which Weevils (Curculionidae) were studied. Beetle collections were carried out in six districts of the Fergana Valley that are Izbascan, Asaka, Shahrikhan, Chust, Pap, and Mingbulak districts. Insects were caught with nets and shovels and knives were used to collect insects living in the soil and under tree barks. Devices were also used to capture beetles. Tweezers and magnifying glasses were used to dissect and examine insects. The beetles caught in the field were stored in test tubes and jars. A total of 1381 specimens of weevil beetles were collected. Currently, this collection is stored in the NUU Museum. In the Fergana Valley Otiorhynchus ovatus, Otiorhynchus velutinus, Sibinia Subirrorata, Arthonomus pomorum, Tychius Polylineatus, Notaris Acridilus, Sibina Pusilla, Sibinia Zuberi, Sibinia Primita, Sibiba Taschkentica, and other species were found. The article provides a general description of weevils and primary information on the species composition and morphological features of the identified species. For each species, the place and dates of their discovery are given. A conclusion is made about the need to conduct similar studies in all regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
