IDENTIFYING KEY ISSUES IN UZBEKISTAN'S LABOR MARKET FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Dinara Adkhamova

This paper aims to examine the labor market in Uzbekistan, identifying its trends and challenges, with a focus on the issues preventing long-term sustainable economic growth and development. For understanding the dynamics of the labor market and how it relates to sustainable development, labor market theories provide a valuable framework. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), their meaning, and the contribution of the labor market to sustainable development are all covered in this paper. Using a desktop research approach, the article will examine the relationship between sustainable development and the Uzbek labor market. According to research, the labor market's challenges include a low labor force participation rate in terms of household income, an adverse employment climate, issues with youth employment and skill development, a lack of formal contracts, and job prospects. The recommended remedies to these issues include issuing government policies and initiatives that support inclusive growth, encourage entrepreneurship and job creation, increase access to education and training, and enhance labor market intermediation. In addition, improving the education system, especially in rural regions, and supporting the expansion of private sector activities can also play a role in advancing the labor market and thus sustainable development goals in Uzbekistan.

ANALYSIS OF POWER DISSIPATION IN A TRIANGLE CONNECTION OF SINGLE-PHASE ASYNCHRONOUS MOTOR SUPPLIED FROM SOLAR ENERGY SOURCE

llhomjon Xakimovich Siddikov, Azamov Saidikrom Saidmurodovich, Boixanov Zaylobiddin Urazali ogli, Uzakov Raxmonjon

The demand for all types of energy in the world and in our country is increasing day by day, in which the importance of renewable energy sources occupies a special place. It is considered one of the most advantageous aspects, today the most electric power-consuming device of consumers of solar energy sources, as well as conventional energy resources, is asynchronous motors. difference from three-phase, its mechanical characteristics, study and introduction of asynchronous motors for the energy developed by the solar panel into the production of brands, are considered urgent issues. When one and three-phase asynchronous motors are connected to solar energy sources in an off-line and on-line system, the power consumption is changed to a signal form through electromagnetic current converters in the control and management, and the consumed electric power is transferred to the primary one. The results of modeling of the effects of signal change magnitude and parameters on the physical and technical processes taking place based on the structure of the change device are presented

PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION OF MOLDING CLAYS

Toymas Madatov, Mahmudova Feruza, Muftullayeva Marziya, Sarvar Parmonov., Asadjon Kambarov

The maximum property enhancement in nano clays reinforced polymers is obtained when high levels of intercalation, exfoliation and dispersion of the nano clay in the polymer matrix is achieved. Processing of polymer nanocomposites by melt blending techniques requires sufficient stress levels and time for a maximum exfoliation/intercalation of the nano clays (with minimum polymer degradation), which both are very limited in conventional polymer processing techniques. Shear Controlled Orientation in Injection Moulding, SCORIM, is a non-conventional injection moulding technique based on the concept of in-mould shear manipulation of the melt during the polymer solidification phase. This technique is able of applying high shearing levels to the polymer, leading to high levels of molecular orientation. SCORIM of nano clay-based polymer nanocomposites may be therefore beneficial for achieving high levels of nano clay intercalation/exfoliation and orientation, thus imparting improved mechanical properties. In this work, a nano clay based masterbatch was mixed with polypropylene and direct injection moulded by conventional and SCORIM techniques. In SCORIM, two extreme shear levels were applied by changing processing conditions (melt temperature and shear time). We assess therefore the effect of high shear conditions in the levels of intercalation/exfoliation and orientation of the nano clay in the polymer matrix and in the mechanical properties of the nanocomposite. The levels of clay intercalation/exfoliation were evaluated by Wide-Angle X-ray Scattering

WHETHER EXIST LINKS BETWEENTOXIC LIVER INJURY AND RISK OF POSTMASTECTOMIC LYMPHEDEMA IN BREAST CANCER PATIENTS?

Djurayev Mirjalol Dekhanovich, Uzokov Sokhib Makhsudovich, Kutlumuratov Atabek Bekchanovich, Esankulova Bustonoy Sobirovna

The link between risk of development at breast cancer patients (BCP) the secondary postmastectomic lymphedema (SL) on the one hand and signs which are accompanying vascular pathology (AVP), chronic gynecologic diseases (CGD) and toxic liver injury (TLI) with another hand to the moment of surgical intervention is investigated according to clinical supervision and electrocardiographic and ultrasonic researches. The link between sings of AVP and of TLI was not detected(p>0.05). However, we observed the link between TLI and CGD(p<0.05), but especially it was appreciable for ultrasonic signs of TLI(p<0.05). Radical mastectomy (RME) and one-stage imposing of lymphatic-venous anastomosis effectively prevented SL during five years' of supervision, including patients with presence at them ultrasonic signs of TLI(p<0.05). These findings are supposing prognostic value of ultrasonic investigation of patients before standard RME from the point of view of risk SL during five years' after operation.

IMPROVING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS IN THE INVESTMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

Ilkhom Achilovich Usmanov

The purpose of the article is to optimize construction time, which today is considered one of the most complex and controversial problems in the investment and construction sector. The reduction in construction time is primarily the result of the economic interest of participants in the investment and construction process. The source of economic interest of construction participants is the receipt of benefits from each of them, that is, the customer service, the design organization, and the general contracting construction organization. An important direction for improving the standardization of construction time is the further development of elements of economic and contract construction methods
