PERIOD AND METHODS OF MINTING COTTON

R.M.Komilov, Abduraxmon Sobirov

Very famous scientists of our republic and cotton-growing countries of the world Bushuev M.M. (1913), Schroeder RR. (1913), Makarov A.F. (1930), Lysenko T.D. and others found that the importance of cleaning is high, it improves the quality of cotton and fiber. Academician Lysenko T.D. (1936) found that the growth and development of cotton improved as a result of culling, and shedding of combs and knots was reduced due to the redistribution of nutrients along the branches of the crop.

THE ROLE OF BRADIKININ IN THE MAIN LIFE PROCESSES

Виктория Владимировна Саркисова, Хегай Регина Олеговна

Kinins are polypeptides formed from α2-globulins in blood plasma under the influence of the kallikrein enzyme (kallikrein-kinin system). The best known of these are bradykinin and kallidin. Bradykinin, as a member of the kinin protein group, is a physiologically and pharmacologically active peptide with vasodilating properties. Due to its specific action, blood vessels dilate and blood pressure drops. It is important to note that his actions are local in nature. This feature of the peptide is currently widely used in pharmacology for the treatment and prevention of heart failure and arterial hypertension.

ENDOCRINE CONTROL OF THE DIGESTION PROCESS. GASTROINTESTINAL ENDOCRINE CELLS

Victoria Vladimirovna Sarkisova , Regina Olegovna Xegay, Amina Aslamovna Numonova

Digestion is a complex process in which food is subjected to chemical and mechanical processing, with the formation of simpler molecules, which are then absorbed into the walls of the digestive tube. Coordination of all these processes occurs through nervous and humoral regulatory mechanisms. The role of the central nervous system in the regulation of digestion decreases with distance from the oral cavity. In the future, regulation is already carried out by the humoral mechanism. Humoral factors include extractive substances present in food, as well as gastrointestinal hormones (or enterins), which are produced by glands located directly in the gastrointestinal wall. These glands differ in their structure depending on their location in different parts of the gastrointestinal tract.

With discovering of an increasing number of processes under the influence of bradykinin and related diseases, as well as due to the extreme relevance of the topic due to the COVID-19 pandemic, at the moment the topic needs extensive research.

RELEVANCE OF ANTIBIOTIC THERAPY FOR URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS

Aбдугaниев Хусниддин Хусaн угли, Вохобов Нодир Сaфaрович, Мухaмaдиевa Бaхорa Aбдухaлимовнa, Турaев Шaвкaт Чариевич

Discussion of risk factors for infectious complications in the general population of patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate, antibiotic prophylaxis and therapy has been going on for decades. Up to date, the problem of the manifestation of bacteriuria in clinical infectious processes at various periods, as well as the factors of the introduction of bacterial agents with their further subclinical circulation in the urinary and reproductive systems, seems to be little discussed. The insufficient knowledge of these issues is confirmed by a small number of studies covering mainly electrosurgical mono and bipolar technologies as the most common and studied over a long period of their existence. This review raises the problem of insufficient knowledge of the clinical structure of infections during transurethral surgery, assessment of their risk factors, antibiotic prophylaxis regimens and therapy.

STUDYING THE CONTENT OF UREA IN THE ORGANISM IN KIDNEY PATHOLOGY

Aшуров Сирожиддин Эшонкул угли, Сaгдуллaев Нaрзуллa Норкелди угли, Aбдусaлимов Шaвкaт Курбaнмурaтович, Шохимaрдонов Шaхбоз Исомитдинович Кaххоров Шaвкaт Иброхим угли

We studied the concentration of urea in blood and urine in patients with kidney disease (320 people). In the course of this work were obtained the following results. In the acute stage of renal disease the concentration of urea in the blood increases and decreases in the urine. The kidney is not functioning. Which leads to acute renal failure. The maximum content of urea in blood is 14/,5 mmol/l. This value is 2 times higher than holes.
