BLOOD BIOCHEMISTRY

Islomova Ziyodabonu, Razzoqova Mohinur, Mamazulunov Nurmukhammad

The human body has special systems that carry out continuous communication between organs and tissues and the exchange of the body's waste products with the environment. One of these systems, along with interstitial fluid and lymph, is blood

LIVER BIOCHEMISTRY

Abduvahobova Durdona, Mamazulunov Nurmukhammad

The liver performs important functions in our body. The components of food that have entered the gastrointestinal tract are absorbed into the blood and delivered primarily to the liver. The processes of their transformation take place in it, the substances necessary for vital activity are formed. It takes part in all types of metabolism — in the metabolism of proteins, fats, carbohydrates. Only in the liver the albumin protein necessary for the body is formed, many blood clotting factors. It forms and accumulates glycogen — a source of energy for the body. The liver participates in the metabolism of vitamins and trace elements. Its important function is detoxification.

BIOCHEMISTRY. FUNCTIONS OF BIOCHEMISTRY. METABOLISM IN THE LIVER

Khurramov Humoyun, Safarov Farid, Mamazulunov Nurmukhammad

Biochemistry is a science that studies the chemical composition of substances, the structure and ways of transformation of natural compounds in cells, organs, tissues and whole organisms, as well as the physiological role of chemical reactions and the regularities of their regulation. Biochemistry is traditionally divided into static, which deals with the analysis of the structure and properties of all organic. and inorganic. compounds that are part of living objects (cellular organelles, cells, tissues, organs); dynamic, studying the whole set of transformations of different substances, such as the exchange of substances and energy. Functional, exploring physiological. the role of molecules of substances and their transformations in certain manifestations of life activity, as well as comparative and evolutionary biochemistry determining the similarities and differences in the composition and metabolism of organisms belonging to different groups.

BIOCHEMISTRY OF THE ENDOCRINE SYSTEM

Isoqova Shahzodabonu, Tolipova Marjona, Mamazulunov Nurmukhammad

The endocrine system is the system that regulates the entire body as a whole. Hormones are biologically active substances of the body that are synthesized in small quantities in specialized cells of the endocrine system and are delivered through circulating fluids (for example, blood) to target cells, where they exert their regulating effect. The relationship between cells in the body is an important point in their existence and is realized with the participation of the nervous and endocrine systems. The endocrine glands produce hormones for this

SOCIAL AND HYGIENIC ASPECTS OF HEALTH PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES AT ENTERPRISES OF THE CHEMICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

Karieva Manzura

Depending on the quantitative characteristic and duration of action, individual production factors can become dangerous. A dangerous labor factor is a factor in the environment and labor process, which can be the cause of injury, acute illness or sudden sharp deterioration in health, death. Diseases that arise exclusively or predominantly as a result of exposure to production factors are called occupational. These include diseases such as vibration disease, radiation disease, various pneumoconioses (lung diseases as a result of dust exposure). Some of these diseases can be very difficult with a disorder of vital functions, as a result of which disability can occur.

COVERAGE OF BIOLOGICAL ISSUES BASED ON THE HARDY-WEINBERG LAW

Akhmedova Mastura Makhmudovna

The Hardy-Weinberg law is a law describing the distribution of the meeting rate of alleles and genotypic classes in freely interbreeding populations that differ in alleles of a single gene, and today it is often used in biological matters. In this article, Hardy-Weinberg examines the essence of the law

DETERMINATION OF BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF CYNARA SCOLYMUS L. ROOT EXTRACT AGAINST HARMFUL MICROORGANISMS IN THE TERRITORY OF UZBEKISTAN

Kh.Kh. Dolimov, I.J. Jalolov, M.Y.Imomova, M.R.Mamadaliyev

The biologic activity of extracts obtained from the leaves of Cynara scolymus L., belonging to the Asteraceae family, using ethyl alcohol and low polar solvents, was investigated against Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 and Bacillus subtilis RKMUz-5), Gram-negative bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27879 and Escherichia coli RKMUz-221), and yeast (Candida albicans RKMUz-247). As a result of the research, it was found that extracts obtained using ethyl alcohol exhibited high activity against Gram-positive bacteria

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IS HEALTH THROUGH EDUCATION

Rasulova Nilufar, Shorustamova Makhira

A healthy lifestyle, like science, has not become a fashionable one-day thing, but has firmly established itself in the general education system of our country. Although it is not taught as a separate subject and has not found its place in the database of compulsory school subjects, a healthy lifestyle somehow manifests itself in such courses as natural history, biology, ecology, and even local history. Standards of living and health are today considered as the most important conditions for humanitarian progress and its criteria. This approach makes us consider a healthy lifestyle as a complex dynamic system characterized by family, household, social, labor and communicative activities. The harmonization of the system depends on the harmony of its subjects.
