HYPERTROPHIC CARDIOMYOPATHY: GENETIC CHANGES, PATHOGENESIS AND PATHOPHYSIOLOGY

Lapasova Zebiniso Khidirovna

This review is devoted to the description of genetic changes, pathogenetic mechanisms and pathophysiology of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy based on the analysis of the latest published data. The current data on the role of identified numerous mutations of structural, structural and regulatory sarcomere proteins in the pathogenesis of cardiomyopathy are presented. The main hypotheses of the pathogenetic process are highlighted, special attention is paid to the violation of the regulation of calcium metabolism. The importance of genetic testing in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and their relatives is emphasized

CARDIORENAL SYNDROME: PATHOPHYSIOLOGY, VERIFICATION

Kurbanova Gulbaxor Aslamovna

The connection between cardiac and renal pathology has long attracted the attention of both cardiologists and neurologists. A high risk of cardiac death in terminal renal failure was noted soon after the introduction of hemodialysis into clinical practice, but only in the last decade it became clear that any kidney damage, both acute and chronic, is also associated with high general and cardiovascular mortality. These data, obtained in large randomized trials, became the basis of the concept of chronic kidney disease (CKD), developed under the auspices of the NKF (National Kidney Foundation, USA).

ORTHOSTATIC HYPOTENSION: DEFINITION, PATHOPHYSIOLOGY, CLASSIFICATION, PROGNOSTIC ASPECTS, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT

Pardayeva Zilola Suvonkulovna

Orthostatic hypotension (OG) is a form of orthostatic instability (orthostatic tolerance) – the inadequacy of the responses of the cardiovascular system in response to the transition to the vertical position. It was first described by American physicians Samuel Bradbury and Carey Eggleston in 1925 as a degenerative disease of the autonomic nervous system, characterized by the gradual development of postural ( orthostatic) hypotension with a fixed heart rate (HR), anhidrosis, nocturia, disorders of the function of intestinal and urinary sphincters, visual disturbances, impotence, pain in the neck and occipital region, relieving in a horizontal position with a characteristic increase in symptoms in the morning, after eating, physical exertion, in hot weather.

VISCERAL NOCICEPTIVE PATHWAYS

Vakhidova Adolat Mamatkulovna

Autonomic afferent neurons extending from visceral organs to the spinal cord and brain stem are visceral afferent components of spinal and cranial nerves. The bodies of these neurons, as well as the bodies of somatic afferent neurons, are located in the ganglia of the posterior roots. Visceral afferent nerves cross the autonomic ganglia, but do not form synapses with them and enter the spinal cord or the brainstem together with somatic afferent fibers of the same nerves. Both visceral and somatic afferents form reflex connections with the preganglionic autonomic neurons of the trunk and spinal cord. Thus, they are functionally related to them, but are not their anatomical component. Visceral afferents converge on the neurons of the optic nerve, as well as somatic nociceptive afferents

DETERMINATION OF FREE AMINO ACIDS AND WATER-SOLUBLE VITAMINS IN THE CULTURAL LIQUID OF LACTOBACTERIA

Bekmurodova G.A., Khidirova M.A., Khushvaktova Ch. U., Yusupova M. Sh., Miralimova Sh. M

The presence of free amino acids and water-soluble vitamins in the culture liquid of lactobacilli was determined by HPLC. it was found that during the growth of lactobacilli consume some amino acids and increase the amount of others. It has been established that the amino acid profile of L. plantarum TK1, L. plantarum KA3, L. kunkeeii, Ent. faecalis differs significantly from the medium profile of MPC broth. It was shown that the studied lactic acid bacteria produce vitamin B9, vitamin PP and, in a significant amount, vitamin C.

EXTENDED COLPOSCOPY OF THE CERVIX FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS INFECTION

Ishchenko Irina Viktorovna

World science is increasingly focusing on the high incidence and mortality of cervical cancer caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). Increasingly, this pathology manifests itself in the young population (18-30 years old), a high contact infectious index, a tendency towards the progression of a chronic process. The study of the general colposcopic characteristics of the cervix of women with human papillomavirus infection is the purpose of this paper.

SOME FEATURES OF IMMUNE STATUS INDICATORS IN SCHOOL CHILDREN OF JIZZAKH REGION OF RUz SUFFERING ALLERGIC DISEASES

H.G. Nematova

The need to study the effects of environmental factors on humans is constantly increasing due to the changing environmental and industrial environment. Due to the intensive development of various industries, a significant number of people are and will be exposed to chronic exposure to production factors. The purpose of our study was to study the characteristics of the immunoreactivity of children with allergic rhinitis (AR), bronchial asthma (BA), atopic dermatitis (AD), living in 3 regions of the Jizzakh region that are different in climatic, environmental and industrial conditions.

BIRTH TRAUMA

Nuraliyeva Madina Ergash qizi, Kenjayeva Sitora Abduxalil qizi, Panjiyeva Husnigul Turgun qizi, Nomozova Mokhichekhra

Birth trauma still remains the most urgent problem of perinatal medicine. A clinical diagnosis of traumatic intracranial injuries has not yet been developed. There are no systematic obstetric studies on the prevention of birth trauma injuries. Complications require improvement of the manual and obstetric operations in terms of a more careful attitude to the fetus. Birth trauma is a collective concept that includes various injuries to the tissues and organs of a woman in labor or a newborn caused by the action of birth forces. Among the birth injuries of the mother, there are hematomas, ruptures of the vulva, perineum and vagina, damage to the uterus, the formation of genitourinary and intestinal-genital fistulas, deformities of the pelvic bones. Many of the birth injuries can be life-threatening. Diagnosis of birth injuries is made on the basis of external examination, gynecological examination, instrumental methods
