More than 20 strains of persistent cultures of microorganisms were isolated from the soil of a former pesticide warehouse in the Mirzabad district of the Syrdarya region. The prevailing concentrations were distinguished by 3 -bacterial cultures: Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus subtilus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 2 -actinomycete cultures: Streptomyces violaceorubidus, Streptomyces rochae. The isolated cultures were resistant to high salt concentrations, such as NaCl and Na2SO4. It was found that at concentrations of 10-15%, added to the nutrient medium of NaCl and Na2SO4 salts, the selected cultures had the ability to grow with the formation of a sufficient concentration of biomass in the culture medium

Sadirkhodjaeva Azizakhon Alavitdinovna, Ashurova Dilfuza Tashpulatovna

To analyze the relationship of endothelial dysfunction in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus who have suffered a COVID-19 infection. Research materials and methods. For our study, 140 children with type 1 diabetes who suffered from COVID-19 were treated in the children's department of the RSNPMC endocrinology aged 2 to 18 years. The comparison group was 65 children with type 1 diabetes, a group of 15 practical healthy children matched for age and sex without any signs or symptoms of cardiovascular disease was used as a control. The work uses biochemical, immunological research methods and statistical research methods. According to our studies, it was revealed that SD1 is an important risk factor affecting the clinical severity of COVID-19 disease. Immune and inflammatory response in children with 1 DM who have undergone COVID-19 infection leads to endothelial dysfunction with an increase in the concentration of HF CRP, and VEGF. A special response was also identified with an increase in AT to the myocardial antigen, which proved the role of myocardial damage.

STRATEGY FOR PREDICTION AND PREVENTION OF EMERGENT DELIRIUM IN CHILDREN

Satvaldieva E.A., Shakarova M.U., Mitryushkina V.A., Abdurashidova H.B., Abdunabiyeva D.A.

Emergent excitement is a common and clinically significant postoperative complication in pediatric patients, occurring early in the postanesthesia period. The incidence of agitation varies from 0.25% to 90.5% (Lee and Sung, 2020). Post-anesthesia agitation may have clinically significant consequences, such as injury to the patient or his or her healthcare team, suture dehiscence or bleeding from surgical wound sites, unknowing removal of drains or intravenous catheters, inadvertent extubation and complications patient care and predisposes parents or caregivers to anxiety and additional stress. In addition, this complication increases the time of awakening and lengthens the length of stay in the post-anesthesia care unit. Thus, there is a need for early recognition, timely prediction, and early prevention of postanesthesia delirium to avoid serious injury and disruption due to escalating behavior

CLINICAL ASSESSMENT OF THE PROGNOSIS OF DENTAL DISEASES IN INDIVIDUALS WITH CARDIOVASCULAR PATHOLOGY

Muratova Saodat Kadirovna, Erkaboyeva G., Pardayeva N., Ibadullaeva Sh.

Currently, the prognosis of the development of pathology is important in all areas of health care. However, despite the importance and scientific and practical importance of forecasting in dentistry, at the moment we have not found information about predictive models of the individual risk of developing periodontitis in patients with cardiovascular diseases. Under these conditions, it is important to individually assess and predict the risk of developing periodontitis in patients with arrhythmia. Such studies serve as the basis for identifying patients at high risk of developing periodontal diseases, grouping them for the purpose of dental monitoring and implementing measures to eliminate the negative consequences of periodontal diseases in the course of cardiovascular pathology. The need to solve this problem served as the basis for conducting this study.
