Urokov Saifiddin Muhidinovich

The article provides information on the process of collecting ripe saxaul seeds, drying and sorting of their seeds, their removal from wood and drying. In particular, information is given on the processes of preparing saxaul seeds for planting, in particular, on the processes of dewinging and sorting seeds on special equipment, introducing them into an aqueous solution, drying and peeling, i.e. processing with clean soil in ordinary non-saline soft valleys (between ravines), storing cleaned seeds in temporary storage warehouses.

BIOECOLOGY OF SAXAUL (HALOXYLON) AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A GREEN COATING FROM IT ON THE DRAINED BOTTOM OF THE ARAL SEA

Uroqov Sayfiddin Mukhidinovich, Turdiev Saydali Ashurovich

The article tells about the short-term natural conditions of the Aral Sea region, that the surface of the earth began to be covered with silty soils, and that this ecological crisis in the Aral Sea region also affected the health of the population. In this regard, the necessity of carrying out forest reclamation work in the conditions of this ecological crisis and the results of studying the biological and ecological indicators of the saxaul plant growing on the dry bottom of the Aral Sea are described.

USEFUL TECHNOLOGY IN ABSOLUTE FEEDING DAIRY COWS OF IMPORTED CATTLE

Rakhimov Madaminjon Alizhonovich

The article presents the results of scientific and economic experience to study the influence of different norms of feeding with green mass of rapeseed on its eatability, nutritional value of the diet, productivity of cows, efficiency of nutrient use and product quality. It was found that the introduction of rapeseed green mass into the diet of cows improves the overall, protein and carbohydrate supply of cows, contributes to an increase in milk productivity, a decrease in energy consumption and consumption of grain feed per unit of production.

PHYSIOLOGICAL INDICATORS OF PLANTS UNDER DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS IN COLORED AND WHITE FIBER SAMPLES OF G. HIRSUTUM L. COTTON

Rakhimova G.Kh., Nabiev S.M., Azimov A.A., Shavkiev J.Sh.

In the article, physiological and single leaf dry weight parameters such as total water content, transpiration rate and water retention properties of plants were studied in the colored and white fiber samples of cotton G. hirsutum L. under optimal, water deficit and salinity conditions. In this case, in the colored and white fiber samples of cotton G. hirsutum L., physiological parameters such as total water content, transpiration rate, and water retention properties of plants decreased under stress conditions compared to optimal conditions under different environmental conditions, while the dry weight of one leaf decreased and increased

STUDY OF MYCORHIZE-PRODUCING MUSHROOMS OF THE ELAEAGNUS ORIENTALIS. L UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE ARAL SEA REGION

Kunnazarov Aziz Jumanazarovich, Turdiev Saidali Ashurovich

The article describes the results of the experiments on the cultivation of seedlings of the eastern sycamore by the method of rooting from cuttings of Tashkent-16 and Samarkand-7 varieties in the conditions of the Aral SEA region. The height of one-year seedlings is on average 85-220 cm at the end of the growing season (max. 280 cm), according to the preservation of seedlings, cuttings are prepared in the fall and stored in a special trench for the purpose of starting in winter. When planted in early spring, a low result of 35-40% was obtained. It was prepared in advance and immediately planted on ready-made seeds, which gave a high rate of interception of 65-85%.In the root system of these cultivated jida seedlings, there are obvious nodular formations, intensive growth of the seedlings was observed in the second half of summer during the complete formation of mycorrhizal nodules. Nodular formations have a morphological round, rice-like, flowing, sometimes shingle-like appearance, which are connected to the plant root. In the roots of each medium-sized seedling, mycorrhizal nodules with an average weight of 45-65 grams (in the conditions of Karakalpakstan) are formed, the diameter of each of them is up to 1.5-2.5 mm, and the data on the fact that these nodules show the characteristics of complete nitrogen absorption within 100-120 days given.

MOLECULAR ASPECTS OF ENDOMETRIAL HYPERPLASIA

Abdulatipova Feruza Alisherovna

The frequency of occurrence of hyperplastic processes of the endometrium, the lack of effectiveness of therapy from hormone therapy, as well as the likelihood of their malignancy puts hyperplastic processes of the endometrium among the most urgent problems of modern medicine. They are one of the very common causes of uterine bleeding and hospitalization of women in the hospital. A significant role in the formation of endometrial hyperplastic processes, along with hormonal disorders, is assigned to other activators of proliferative activity - growth factors, markers of proliferation and apoptosis, components of the extracellular matrix. Endometrial hyperplasia is a precancerous condition in which uneven thickening of the uterine mucosa occurs. This can cause uncomfortable symptoms in women, including heavy periods, postmenopausal bleeding, and anemia due to excess bleeding. Endometrial cancer is the most common gynecological malignancy in developed countries and its incidence is increasing. The study of the molecular aspects of endometrial hyperplasia improves the results of treatment and prevention of carcinomas.
