Abstract. In this article, a conceptual model of the organization of tourism processes has been created. An overview of the client part of the web system in the organization of tourism processes is presented. When modeling tourism processes, special attention is paid to the placement and digitization of information and hotel web pages, access to which is carried out with a special login and password.
