Begaliyev Bakhtiyor Atavulloyevich
Abstract: This article discusses the specific aspects, goals and objectives, tools and methods of the field of physical culture. How important this field is in our society has been described in detail.
POLITENESS IS A FUNDAMENTAL FEATURE OF COMMUNICATION AMONG PEOPLE IN DIFFERENT CULTURE
Khazratova Kunduz Mamaraimovna
Abstract: Politeness is a social phenomenon that can be investigated in each language withinside the world. Every language has its own way of expressing through the speakers relying on their tradition and consequently politeness principle suffers from shortcomings that decrease its performance in the analysis of the act of communication. It is hypothesized that politeness strategy used is positive politeness whilst the negative is not used right here withinside the coming data, and it could be considered as a type of etiquette which is not the same as one society to another. Both types of politeness strategies contain preserving and readdressing the social distance among the speaker and the hearer. The goal of the study is to analyze the types of politeness strategies might be proposed by Brown and Levinson (1987), the use of discourse analysis which is found out that politeness is used in lots of approaches to construct and maintain the friendly mood.
ELASTIC WAVES IN SOILS DURING ROTATIONAL MOVEMENT OF UNDERGROUND PIPELEINE
Rikhsieva B.B.
Abstract: The article reviews the propagation of elastic waves in soils during rotational movement of underground pipeline. One-dimensional cylindrical shear waves are discussed and solution methods are developed that allows the application arbitrary loads on the boundary. Based on the publication the numerical calculation program was compiled. The calculation results displayed that when underground pipeline moves single direction, the stress increase, a reverse pattern was obtained, the stress decreases. Attenuation of waves with distance is due to the fact that deformation energy is dissipated into an expanding cylindrical layer of soil
ON WAYS OF EXPRESSING THE FUNCTIONAL-SEMANTIC FIELD OF MOTION IN THE RUSSIAN AND UZBEK LANGUAGES
A.T.Nurmanov
Abstract: The article is devoted to a functional-semantic comparative analysis of the field of movement in the Russian and Uzbek languages. As it is emphasized in it, the FSP of direction and frequency of movement in the Russian and Uzbek languages is implemented differentially, which affects the processes of their adequate perception and use in communication. A comparative study of the nature of movement and the method of movement in the Russian and Uzbek languages allowed the author to assert that the nature of the direction of movement expressed by the verbs of movement of the Uzbek language is fundamentally different than in the Russian language: they “express oriented movement: an object or person moves in the direction towards us or from U.S. And the semantic category of “mode of movement” is one of the main attributes of the semantics of Russian verbs of movement. It characterizes movement depending on the environment, on the use (non-use) of vehicles when moving. In the Uzbek language, the method of movement is expressed by various lexical-syntactic and contextual means
DEVELOPMENT AND CALCULATION OF A MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE PATH OF MOTION OF POINTS ON THE SPINDLE IN THE ZONE OF COTTON REMOVING OF THE HARVESTING MACHINE
N.B. Djuraeva, M.M. Mirzaeva, D.B. Alimova
Abstract: The process of removing cotton from the spindle as it moves in the removal area of the harvesting apparatus is examined in the article. The doffers, which are one of the components of the harvesting apparatus, perform a complete removal of cotton from the spindles, clean the surface of the spindle from individual fibers and cotton leaves, and ensure a continuous supply of raw cotton removed from the spindles into the receiving chamber for its further transportation to the hopper of the cotton harvester. A computational scheme for the spindle motion in the removal zone was developed and, on its basis, the path of the points lying at the ends of the doffer brushes, and the shapes of the curves enveloping these paths, were determined. These curves can be considered the boundaries of the zone of direct interaction of the doffer with a skein of cotton on the spindle. Based on modeling the process of interaction of the cotton-carrying spindle with the doffer in the removal zone of the harvesting apparatus, a calculation formula was obtained to determine the boundary of the zone of effect of the doffer brushes on a skein of cotton wound on the spindle; numerical calculations were conducted in the MathCAD 15 programming environment. The calculation results showed that with an increase in the angular velocity of spindle rotation, the boundary of the zone of effect of the doffer brushes is significantly closer to the spindle circle, which leads to a complete removal of cotton.

THYROID NODULES: GLOBAL, ECONOMIC AND PERSONAL BURDEN
Khalimova Z.Yu., Dadakhanova М.B.
Abstract: Thyroid nodules have received attention due to changes in population surveillance systems and growing concerns about the associated financial burden on health care systems, payers, and patients. In this review, we found that prevalence rates vary widely depending on detection method and may be particularly pronounced in asymptomatic patients undergoing routine screening. Incidence rates may particularly increase in low- and middle-income countries and may decrease in higher-income countries. Over the past few decades, the evaluation and treatment of thyroid nodules has become more complex with the advent of fine-needle aspiration biopsy, specialized biomarkers, and molecular testing. However, gaps remain in risk stratification, which can lead to significant treatment costs. Some molecular tests, such as the Afirma Gene Sequencing Classifier, can result in diagnostic costs of US$17,873 while achieving only a modest reduction in the number of diagnostic lobectomies performed on patients (from 11.6% to 9.7% in one research). The out-of-pocket costs associated with treating thyroid nodules continue to result in significant financial toxicity for patients, especially for people with thyroid cancer. Additional cost-effectiveness analysis is needed to improve current treatment systems for thyroid nodules, and new clinical tools are needed to avoid unnecessary testing and treatment
