INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF POWERING AN OZONATOR PLANT FROM PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATIONS
Abdikadyrov Askar Aitmyrzaevich, Kalandarov Palvan Iskandarovich
Abstract: The article deals with the issues of power supply of the ETRO - 03 ozonator installation, operating on the basis of an electric corona discharge, using a small solar power plant, where the modular type of solar panel design allows powering the ozonator unit, the disadvantage of solar panels is their high cost and low economic efficiency. The voltage of the solar cells is converted to alternating voltage through an inverter and transmitted through a filter to the ozonator, to improve the quality of electricity, the filter is switched on after the inverter, designed for lower frequencies. The main factor in a solar power plant are solar cells, as well as composite elements, including an inverter that converts a constant voltage into an alternating output voltage, a wiring diagram of solar panels is presented, which demonstrates the multilevel voltage of the inverter (8V, 13V and 26V) and a graph of their sinusoidal voltage, mathematical modeling is performed at voltage levels of 8V, 13v and 26v with pulse-amplitude control in MATLAB 7.0 environment.

INFLUENCE OF ATMOSPHERIC POLLUTION ON THE PARAMETRES OF PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULES IN THE SOUTHERN REGIONS OF UZBEKISTAN
B.A. Yuldoshov
Abstract: During the study, the degree of surface contamination of a silicon photovoltaic module (PV) was studied for one month. In the conditions of the city of Termez, the change in short-circuit currents of two identical PVs under the influence of day and night dusting of their surfaces was analyzed. During the presence of the Afghan wind, the degree of pollution of the PV surface was determined and relevant scientific and important practical conclusions were drawn

THE INFLUENCE OF SUBLINGUAL SPECIFIC IMMUNOTHERAPY ON THE DYNAMICS OF SENSITIZATION INDICATORS IN POLLEN-INDUCED BRONCHIAL ASTHMA
Nazarov Azadbek Ahmedovich, Mirzakarimova Farida Rustamovna, Kaleda Svetlana Petrovna, Polikarpova Natalia Vladimirovna
Abstract: In recent years, bronchial asthma (BA) has been attracting increasing attention from practicing physicians and researchers. This can be explained by a clear increase in the prevalence of BA among all age groups of the population, significant changes in clinical manifestations with more severe progression, and still inadequate effectiveness of the treatment measures being used [1,2,3,4,6]. Currently, the problem of the pathogenetic basis of pollinosis has been extensively investigated, with a leading role attributed to IgE-mediated allergic reactions [5,8,9]. Theoretical prerequisites for allergen-specific immunotherapy (ASIT) have been established, and its effectiveness has been demonstrated in the treatment of pollinosis

CLINICAL AND LABORATORY FEATURES CORONAVIRUS INFECTION IN PREGNANT WOMEN
Khalilova Z.T., Djabbarova L.A.
Abstract: A new viral infection, called "COVID-19" in the spring of 2020, took on a pandemic character. Data on the impact of Covid-19 on a pregnant woman and fetus are few and contradictory. The aim of the study was to study the clinical and laboratory features of coronavirus infection in pregnant women. An analysis was made of 222 birth histories of women with laboratory-confirmed PCR for COVID-19, sent for delivery to a specialized obstetric department in October-December 2020. The results of our studies showed that 70.2% had a mild form of infection, 21.2% had a moderate form, and 8.1% had a severe form. The frequency and nature of lesions of the upper and lower respiratory tract, SPO2 parameters and lung lesions, as well as the age of pregnant women, parity, and the presence of somatic pathology are presented. Conclusions. In most pregnant women, a severe form of COVID-19 is characterized by bilateral pneumonia with ARS against the background of anemia in 100% of cases. Severe COVID-19 infection was more common in pregnant women aged 35 years and older. The condition of pregnant women with COVID-19 aggravated the development of severe preeclampsia, premature detachment of the placenta, and multiple pregnancies.

Abstract: In this study, endophytic Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Bacillus vallismortis, Bacillus licheniformis, Malassezia japonica, Bacillus atrophaeus bacteria and Fusarium proliferatum were isolated from the stem, flower and leaf of medicinal milk thistle (Silibium marianum) and their identification done.

ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF COVID-19 VACCINOPROPHYLAXIS ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE CITY OF TASHKENT
Kasimov Ilhamdjan Asamovich, Ulmasova Saodat Ilhomjon qizi
Abstract: At the beginning of the year in which the study was carried out, the rate and duration of the incidence of the disease changed again. In particular, in January of this year, the record of high incidence among the population was recorded for two weeks and was assessed by the city sanitary and epidemiological service as a "high-intensity epidemic". However, it would be close to making sense to admit that the humoral immunity formed after morbidity and active vaccination among the population is weakened.

MORPHOLOGICAL AND HISTOLOGICAL STUDIES OF EFFECTIVENESS VOLUME FORMING PREPARATIONS
Terebaev Bilim Aldamuratovich, Ollabergenov Odilbek Tozhiddinovich
Abstract: The morphological studies carried out determined the range of issues to be solved in the experimental part of the work, on the basis of which we studied: fixation of the volume of the forming drug introduced into the subcutaneous part of the abdomen of mice, cellular infiltration and the condition of the tissues around the drug, germination of blood vessels and the formation of granulation tissue around the drug. A histological experimental study showed that the volume-forming preparation “Polyacrylamide gel + Bioplant” was well fixed in the submucosal layer, on the 20th day of the experiment a thin layer of granulation tissue appeared around the preparation and the germination of its boluses by vessels, and on the 30th day the formation of a capsule around the preparation was noted

THE USE OF SOMATIC PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS IN ANCIENT WRITTEN SOURCES
Abdullaeva Vazira Kuronovna
Abstract: The interests of the peoples of the world and attention to the human factor in the world require the use of language, especially the national language, based on its productive and unique characteristics. The role of language and literature in developing the spiritual image and thinking of the people is incomparable. After all, the national language and literature create the mental image of the nation. In linguistics, the analysis of lexical and language units in the text of the work is a very important issue. In this regard, in linguistics, in order to fully analyze the somatic phraseological units in the text of the work, it is necessary to clearly imagine the specific features of the structural structure of the essence of phraseological units, their semantic organization. This article discusses the historical study of Yusuf Khos Hajib's work "Kutadgu Bilig" and the aspects of using somatic phraseological units and the system of phraseological units in the work
