BIG YOUNG IN PEOPLE CHARACTERISTICS OF LABORATORY AND INSTRUMENTAL DIAGNOSTICS OF PNEUMOCOCCAL MENINGITIS
Mamatmusaeva Fatima Shaidullaevna, Ergasheva Munisa Yakubovna, Tursunboev Husan
Abstract: Today, the clinical presentation of pneumococcal meningitis among infectious diseases does not allow to clearly define the etiology of the pathogen, and is mostly similar to the clinical manifestations of bacterial meningitis of other etiologies. Studies on the study of acute bacterial purulent meningitis in the Republic of Uzbekistan show that pneumococcal meningitis ranks second after meningococcal meningitis. Disability and mortality rates of pneumococcal meningitis are significantly higher than those of other etiologies. Diseases of pneumococcal etiology are particularly important, and despite the available information on the characteristics of pneumococci and the diagnosis and pathogenesis of meningitis with pneumococcal etiology, the clinical and laboratory characteristics of this type of meningitis in adults in Samarkand region have not been sufficiently studied.

CLINICAL AND DIAGNOSTIC FEATURES OF SMALL ANOMALIES OF HEART DEVELOPMENT IN CHILDREN WITH HEART RHYTHM AND CONDUCTION DISORDERS
Akhrarova Feruza Makhmudjanovna
Abstract: Echocardiography (EchoCG) has opened up broad prospects for in vivo study of the morphology of the valvular apparatus and the connective tissue frame of the heart. It became possible, in addition to congenital malformations, to detect small structural changes - small anomalies in the development of the heart. We studied 95 children of preschool and school age with connective tissue dysplasia and small heart development abnormalities. One of the most informative methods for diagnosing diseases of the heart and blood vessels is echocardiography. Diagnostically valuable results of echocardiographic examination in children with cardiovascular pathology against the background of small anomalies of heart development are: disturbance of the heart rhythm and conduction, increase in EDV of the left ventricle and ejection fraction.

RESULTS OF THE ASSESSMENT OF CHANGES IN MASTICATORY MUSCLE TONE IN RELATION TO THE PATIENT'S BODY POSITION
Xaydarova Durdona Munisovna, Karimov Islom Ikromovich
Abstract: Thirty patients aged 9-18 years without skeletal pathology were studied. All patients were right-handed without a clear definition of the habitual side of chewing. A series of measurements of masticatory muscle tone was performed using the Myoton-3s muscle tone device. The measurements were taken in three positions: sitting in a dental chair with the head resting on the headrest, standing and sitting in a chair. In each body position, masticatory muscle tone was assessed three times on the right and left at rest, at the first occlusion of the dentition and at maximum compression. A statistical analysis of the data was performed to determine the reliability of differences in the mean tone values.
