ENHANCING FACIAL EXPRESSION AND ATTRIBUTES RECOGNITION: AN EXPLORATION OF MULTI-TASK LEARNING WITHIN LIGHTWEIGHT NEURAL NETWORKS
Agzamova Mohinabonu
Abstract: Facial recognition, especially in the domains of expression and attribute detection, has become pivotal in numerous applications. This study delves into the synergistic integration of multi-task learning techniques with lightweight neural networks to address the dual challenges of computational efficiency and robust performance. The research findings underscore the potential of this combined approach, revealing a significant improvement in the recognition of facial expressions and attributes. Furthermore, the proposed framework exhibits enhanced efficiency, making it ideal for real-world applications that demand rapid and accurate facial analysis.

VACCINATION AND CONTRAINDICATIONS BASED ON THE NATIONAL IMMUNIZATION CALENDAR AND THEIR BASIS
Mamatqulov Bakhromjon Mamatqulovich, Tolipova Gulhayo Komiljon qizi, To‘rayev Baxodir Sherali o‘g‘li
Abstract: In the early 1980s, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommended that mild fever, mild respiratory infections or diarrhea, and other minor illnesses should not be considered contraindications to vaccination, noting that contraindications had a significant impact on vaccination coverage [1]. In studies, the most common contraindications to vaccination are cough, fever, and taking medications. In fact, fever, cough, and taking many medications are not grounds for stopping vaccination according to the guidelines. A study in the Czech Republic showed that the proportion of children with contraindications to vaccination is increasing over time, and the problem of complete vaccination of children is emerging [2, 3].

FUNCTIONS THAT DETERMINE THE TEACHER'S ATTITUDE TO CONFLICT SITUATIONS
Halikov Azam Abdusalomovich
Abstract: From the point of view of functions, conflict is a rather contradictory phenomenon. By entering into confrontation, teachers can achieve their goals. But it is often difficult to predict even not very distant consequences that will follow. In this case, the consequences can be both positive and negative for the parties to the conflict.

THE ROLE OF VISUAL PRINCIPLES IN THE FORMATION OF LINGUISTIC COMPETENCIES OF STUDENTS
Yermekbaev Mukhtar, Mirzakhmetov Murat, Manashakhov Yersultan
Abstract: The article describes the importance of forming the participation skills of primary school students. The reason for the frequent use of visuals in elementary grades is that the child's thinking is not yet fully formed and needs to rely on concrete images. The purpose of visualization is not to understand the things themselves, but to use them as a support in explaining the known material. Because, due to the child's age, he cannot master learning tasks on his own without relying on visual supports. The reason for this is that it is easier for a child to perceive a concrete image than an abstract image, and he relies on it. This feature is characteristic not only of the first grade, but of all elementary school students

THE PROBLEM OF FORMATION OF LANGUAGE COMPETENCE OF PRIMARY SCHOOL
Yermekbaev Mukhtar, Mirzakhmetov Murat, Manashakhov Yersultan
Abstract: The article describes the importance of developing the participation skills of primary school students. This is due to the fact that the main result of the educational process in primary school depends on how much competence the student has mastered. A student with developed linguistic and cultural competencies delves into the grammatical structure of the Kazakh language, understands the patterns of use of certain grammatical rules in speech, and studies the mechanism of sentence construction. Without this competence, undocumented theoretical skills will turn into superficial training. To a certain extent, the linguistic competence of students is a necessary condition for the organization of their skills and language communication skills. Correctly formed linguacultural competencies help students deeply understand the phonetic, lexical and grammatical phenomena being studied, understand the mechanism of word formation, the rules of correct spelling, the presence of any types of speech related to language, and syntactic structures etc. helps to understand. Because it helps to understand and comprehend the linguistic facts being studied, and accelerates the practical acquisition of associations.
