MODERN ASPECTS OF HYPERPLASTIC PRO Abstract: To determine the relationship of hyperplastic processes with premenopausal age and their manifestations in the form of abnormal uterine bleeding. The study was conducted on 50 premenopausal patients with a history of hyperplastic processes who were treated in the gynecological department of the first multidisciplinary clinic of Samarkand State Medical University during 2021-2022. The study used general clinical, laboratory, instrumental and statistical research methods. The main complaints at the time of admission to the hospital were profuse vaginal bleeding and pain, and in 30 women (40%) bleeding was irregular, prolonged, scanty, almost all patients complained of weakness, fatigue and irritability. In the general analysis of blood, anemia was observed in all, in 20% of women the ESR increased to 20 mm / h, in the general analysis of urine, signs of inflammation were observed in 26.5%, in the smear - dysbacteriosis in 36% of cases. Hormonal imbalance was observed in 45% of women. It was noted that the level of hormones in all examined women was almost 1.5 times lower than in healthy women of the same age. All women were prescribed antihemorrhagic and antianemic treatment. Hyperplasia of the endometrial layer of the uterus in all cases was expressed by abnormal bleeding, the step-by-step treatment of which once again confirms the need for a complete diagnosis. In premenopausal age, we can say that this condition is associated with hormonal imbalance.

MODERN VIEWS ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF OZONE THERAPY Abstract: Accordingly, the use of medical ozone in the treatment of placental insufficiency, which has a multifactorial nonspecific effect, seems promising. Medical ozone is an ozone-oxygen mixture obtained from ultrapure oxygen by decomposing it under a weak electric charge or under the influence of ultraviolet radiation. The aim of the study to improve the ways of carrying pregnant women with fetoplacental insufficiency using ozone therapy. The results of pregnancy and childbirth were studied in 38 patients diagnosed with fetoplacental insufficiency, who applied to the obstetrics department of the SamSMU multidisciplinary clinic No. 1 between 2022 and 2023. Thus, timely complex therapy of FPI using traditional and ozone therapy methods helped to correct changes in the blood coagulation system and normalize the hemostasiological parameters of the examined patients, in our study, blood coagulation due to plasma and platelet connections in the main group significant stabilization of potential was observed.

NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE TREATMENT OF HYPERACTIVE BLADDER SYNDROME Abstract: The article presents the results of methods used to develop urinary incontinence and treatment tactics for patients with OAB depending on its type. 50 patients with OAB who applied to the urology department during 2021-2024 were selected as the research object. According to the form of UI, conservative treatment and the use of BFB can be promoted as the most effective way to treat OAB in patients. According to it, it is appropriate to use antidepressants in stressful UI, m-cholinoblockers and beta-3-adrenomimetics, duloxetine in urgent UI and mixed UI in OAB.
