In this article, colchamine and colchicine alkaloids were isolated by methods of synthesis of organic and macromolecular compounds and methods of biological research. The UV spectra of the obtained compounds were studied in the wavelength range of 200–400 nm on a Shumadzu UV 1800 instrument (Japan). The melting points of the compounds were determined on a Melting Point M-650 BUCHI instrument (Switzerland); the IR spectra of substances were determined on an IR Tracer-100 instrument (Japan).
