The relationship between foreign language proficiency and motivation has been studied by both domestic and foreign scientists. Studies have shown that it is motivation that makes it easy and effective to learn foreign languages. This article discusses the importance of motivation in the process of teaching a foreign language at school and the factors influencing it.
