ANALYSIS OF THE STEADY MODE OF SUBHARMONIC OSCILLATIONS IN THREE-PHASE FERRORESONANCE CIRCUITS

M. I. Ibadullaev

It is known that the occurrence and existence of ferroresonant oscillations at the subharmonic frequency (SHF) in power transmission lines (PTLs) and in power supply systems is extremely undesirable, since they cause ferroresonant overvoltages at various frequencies. At the same time, there is a wide class of nonlinear electrical circuits in which the excitation of autoparametric oscillations (APO) at the SGC frequency forms the basis of frequency-converting devices that serve as secondary power sources. It is shown that three-phase nonlinear systems are, to one degree or another, equivalent circuits for power lines, the main elements of which are: longitudinal compensation capacitors, transverse compensation reactors, and transformers with a nonlinear characteristic. To study the pattern of excitation and maintenance of SGC at frequency (ω/3)in three-phase electroferromagnetic circuits (EFMC), theoretical and experimental studies were carried out on an equivalent model of a three-phase circuit with nonlinear inductance. To analyze the steady-state mode of the SGC at frequency (ω/3), the method of frequency-energy relations was applied. An algebraic equation is obtained that characterizes the steady-state mode of the SGC at frequency ω/3 in a three-phase nonlinear circuit. The frequency-converting properties of nonlinear inductance are also shown. The obtained results of the theoretical study were confirmed by experimental studies.

CLASSIFICATION AND PRINCIPLES OF CURRENT CONVERTERS STRUCTURE

S.F. Amirov, Y.Y. Shoyimov, J.N. Abdullayev

The article discusses the principles of constructing a new ferromagnetic current converter with an adjustable range in transformer and galvanomagnetic modes and their classification. It is described how to determine the methods for measuring current transducers, as well as the differences between the non-contact method and the contact method. It has been determined that current transducers used in traction power control systems must have advanced measurement functions, adjustable range, linear ramping function, high sensitivity and accuracy, and proportional characteristics even under severe operating conditions. A comparative analysis of the main characteristics of existing current measuring converters showed that transformer and galvanomagnetic measuring converters better meet the requirements of traction power supply control systems.

E-HEALTH REFORM IN THE APPLICATION OF ICT AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN UZBEKISTAN

Salima Nazarova, Nilufar Rasulova, Zokirjon Otashexov

The relevance of research. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, targeted work is being carried out on reform in the field of healthcare. One of its priority tasks is the implementation of ICT, digital technologies, telemedicine and further expansion of the type of services related to e-health. An analysis of the work being done in this area has shown that the introduction of ICT technologies, digitalization, and telemedicine in healthcare is not a simple matter; it requires time, financial costs and human resources. Perceptions of eHealth user groups vary significantly across countries depending on income level. Today, the country's republican medical centers are equipped with modern ICT, digital devices and high-quality devices, but a further stage is underway to provide regional and district institutions.

HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF PESTICIDE RESIDUES IN VEGETABLE PRODUCTS OF PROTECTED SOIL

Voronina Natalya

The hygienic assessment of pesticide residues in vegetable products cultivated in protected soil environments is essential for ensuring food safety and mitigating potential health risks associated with pesticide exposure. Protected soil agriculture, characterized by controlled environments such as greenhouses and polytunnels, presents unique challenges in pesticide management due to the confined nature of these systems. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the levels of pesticide residues in various vegetable products grown in protected soil environments and assess their adherence to safety standards established by regulatory authorities. Through extensive sampling and analytical methodologies, pesticide residue levels are quantified, and potential health implications are elucidated. Additionally, the study investigates the factors influencing pesticide residue accumulation, including agricultural practices, pesticide application methods, and environmental factors. The findings not only contribute to understanding the extent of pesticide contamination in protected soil vegetable products but also inform strategies for improving agricultural practices, optimizing pesticide use, and enhancing regulatory measures to ensure food safety and public health.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF THE HYPOTHALAMIC-PITUITARY-OVARIAN SYSTEM IN WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE WITH OVARIAN EXHAUSTION SYNDROME

Tillashaykhova M.Kh.

The issue of estrogen deficiency remains a key area of focus in both scientific research and practical gynecological endocrinology. The negative impact of hypoestrogenism and possible ways of its correction have been thoroughly studied during the menopausal period, yet a significant decrease in the level of sex steroids can be observed at various stages of a woman's life: in juvenile and reproductive periods (Dedov I.I. et al., Ailamazyan E.K., 2007). Literature analysis indicates that ovarian exhaustion syndrome (OES), as a type of ovarian hypofunction, has been increasingly observed in recent years among relatively young individuals, aged 20–40 years (N.V. Barkalina, 2010). There are many conflicting opinions about the nature of this condition: some authors believe that it involves primary ovarian damage (Mal'tseva L.I. 2010), while others think that the primary damage occurs in the central structures of reproductive function (L.B. Butareva, M.A. Shakova, 2010). Finally, there is a viewpoint that excludes simultaneous damage to all structures of the reproductive system (N.A. Zhakhur, L.A. Marchenko, 2010). In this context, the aim of the current study was to investigate the pathogenetic mechanisms underlying menstrual function disorders by analyzing individual fluctuations in the levels of gonadotropins and ovarian steroid hormones and correlating them with the clinical characteristics of the examined patients.

FEATURES OF NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS IN CYSTIC FIBROSIS

Omonova Umida Tulkinovna, Khaitbaeva Nargiza Temurovna

This article analyzed literary information about the features of the development of neurological disorders in cystic fibrosis (CF), about modern views on the early diagnosis of this pathology. A generalized analysis of scientific foreign and domestic literature shows that this problem still has a number of complex unresolved issues. Integrating mental health screening, early detection of neurological disorders, and targeted treatment of patients with CF may reduce the mortality and disability observed in this disease
