ENDOCRINE CONTROL OF THE DIGESTION PROCESS. GASTROINTESTINAL ENDOCRINE CELLS

V.Sarkisova , R.Xegay, A.Numonova

Digestion is a complex process in which food is subjected to chemical and mechanical processing, with the formation of simpler molecules, which are then absorbed into the walls of the digestive tube. Coordination of all these processes occurs through nervous and humoral regulatory mechanisms. The role of the central nervous system in the regulation of digestion decreases with distance from the oral cavity. In the future, regulation is already carried out by the humoral mechanism. Humoral factors include extractive substances present in food, as well as gastrointestinal hormones (or enterins), which are produced by glands located directly in the gastrointestinal wall. These glands differ in their structure depending on their location in different parts of the gastrointestinal tract.

ESSENTIAL ROLE OF BRADIKININ IN THE COURSE OF BASIC LIFE PROCESSES

V.Sarkisova , U.Mavlyanova, R.Xegay, A.Numonova

Kinins are polypeptides formed from α 2-globulins in blood plasma under the influence of the enzyme kallikrein (kallikrein-kinin system). Most famous of them are bradykinin and kallidin. Bradykinin, as a member of the kinin group of proteins, is a physiologically and pharmacologically active peptide with vasodilatory properties. Due to its specific action, blood vessels expand and blood pressure drops. It is important to note that his actions are local in nature. This feature of the peptide is currently widely used in pharmacology for the treatment and prevention of heart failure and arterial hypertension. With discovering of an increasing number of processes under the influence of bradykinin and related diseases, as well as due to the extreme relevance of the topic due to the COVID-19 pandemic, at the moment the topic needs extensive research.

RELEVANCE OF ANTIBIOTIC THERAPY FOR URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS

X.Abduganiev , N.Voxobov , B.Muxamadieva , Sh.Turaev

Discussion of risk factors for infectious complications in the general population of patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate, antibiotic prophylaxis and therapy has been going on for decades. Up to date, the problem of the manifestation of bacteriuria in clinical infectious processes at various periods, as well as the factors of the introduction of bacterial agents with their further subclinical circulation in the urinary and reproductive systems, seems to be little discussed. The insufficient knowledge of these issues is confirmed by a small number of studies covering mainly electrosurgical mono and bipolar technologies as the most common and studied over a long period of their existence. This review raises the problem of insufficient knowledge of the clinical structure of infections during transurethral surgery, assessment of their risk factors, antibiotic prophylaxis regimens and therapy.

STUDYING THE CONTENT OF UREA IN THE ORGANISM IN KIDNEY PATHOLOGY

S.Ashurov , N.Sagdullaev , Sh.Abdusalimov , Sh.Shoximardonov Sh.Kaxxorov

We studied the concentration of urea in blood and urine in patients with kidney disease (320 people). In the course of this work were obtained the following results. In the acute stage of renal disease the concentration of urea in the blood increases and decreases in the urine. The kidney is not functioning. Which leads to acute renal failure. The maximum content of urea in blood is 14/,5 mmol/l. This value is 2 times higher than holes.

MODERN APPROACHES TO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

U. Shermuxamedov , A. Karimova

In this paper, 2 options for the design of an overpass with a beam-cut and a beam-continuous static scheme are considered. Comparison of overpass options was carried out according to scientifically substantiated technical, economic and aesthetic indicators based on the theory of correlation, and in accordance with which an overpass of a beam-continuous (monolithic) scheme was chosen.

DYNAMICS OF CHANGES IN THE BASIC PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF COTTON FIBER DURING SPINNING

M. Abdujabborov , R. Karimov , D. Alieva

In this article, cotton is used in the technological transition in the production of yarn with a linear density of Nm = 54/1 (Ne = 32/1) and Nm = 27/1 (Ne = 16/1) on cotton spinning equipment used at PAPFEN LLC. the elongation property of the fiber ( Elg %) and the amount of short fibers (SF%) less than 12.7mm in length and other quality parameters were determined using a measuring instrument type HVI-1000 installed in the enterprise testing laboratory. The results of the research were analyzed and measures to improve the quality of products were proposed.
