RESEARCH ON SYNTHESIS OF ADSORBENT BASED ON MONOETHANOLAMINE AND ACETIC ALDEHYDE

Janayev M., Adilov R., Alimukhamedov M.

In this study, the processes of monoethanolamine (MEA) with acetaldehyde (SA) acedolization were investigated. As a result of the study, it was found that the increase in the molar ratio of acetic aldehyde to monoethanolamine decreased the nitrogen mass fraction (%) and hydroxyl number (mgKON/g) in the final product, and increased the molecular mass (MM). Our obtained samples were studied using IR spectra.

THE VALUE OF NEUROPEPTIDES IN THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH COGNITIVE DYSFUNCTION IN EPILEPSY

Mamatkurbonov Sh.B., Majidova Y.N., Abdiev A.Kh.

Management of patients with epilepsy is a serious problem of modern medicine Lack of timely and adequate treatment of patients with epilepsy leads to the occurrence of irreversible anatomical and functional changes in the brain. To improve the effectiveness of treatment of patients with epilepsy in our country, drugs are used, the effectiveness and feasibility of many of which are not reliably proven.

HISTOTOPOGRAPHIC STRUCTURE AND MORPHOMETRIC PARAMETERS OF DEEP LYMPH NODES IN THE NECK OF BABY RATS

Akhadova Z.A.

In this scientific study, the features of the histotopographic structure and morphometric parameters of deep lymph nodes in the neck of baby rats born from female rats receiving a research diet were studied. The results of the study show that rats born from rats that were fed a low-fat diet daily have deep lymph nodes. The dead formation occupies 58.1 % of the area, the primary lymphoid follicular zone – 14.7 %, the medulla – 22.3 %, the paracortical zone – 8.5 %. By the 20-day period, the area of the cavity decreased by 2 times, the primary follicular zone increased (18.3 %), the secondary follicular zone increased (11.6 %), and the paracortical area also increased. Expanded (13.4 %). By the 4-month period, it was observed that follicles and follicles have the same area, the area of secondary follicles increased (19.6 %) compared to primary follicles, and the paracortical follicle occupied 12.1 % of the area.

IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL AND MORPHOLOGICAL SIGNS OF OVARIAN FORMATION IN THE EARLY POSTNATAL PERIOD

Akramova M.Y.

This article aims to determine the specific morphological and immunohistochemical signs of the formation of a child's ovary in the embryonic and early postpartum period in girls. Morphologically and histochemically, the ovaries of 22 infants who died from asphyxia up to 3 months were studied. The results of the study showed that in the reproductive period, the development of ovarian dysfunction caused by pathologies in embryonic ontogenesis was detected. It was confirmed that the pathologies of the embryonic period affected the development of the ovary as a dangerous factor, leading to the development of hypoxia, dishormonal interaction, dystrophy and damage to ovarian tissue, the development of the main morphofunctional structures of the ovary, can be destroyed, necrosized in the fetal period, develop reparative inflammation or lead to hyperplasia.

MECHANISM OF URINE FORMATION

Sultanova Sh.B., Nurullaeva M.A., Ziyamutdinova Z.K.

The main mechanism of homeostatic renal function is the formation and excretion of urine. When urine is formed, the kidneys perform significant work against osmotic forces, since the concentration of osmotically active substances in human urine usually exceeds the concentration of these substances in the blood plasma. Thus, the urea content in human blood plasma does not exceed 0.04%, while urine contains more than 2% urea; in the blood the amount of sodium chloride is about 0.6%, in the urine - over 1%.

FEATURES OF CLINICAL AND EPIDEMIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PATIENTS WITH MYASTHENIA GRAVIS

Maksudova H.N., Ergasheva N.O., Umarova D.B.

Myasthenia gravis is characterized by episodes of muscle weakness and fatigue, which are based on the destruction of acetylcholine receptors by factors of humoral and cellular immunity. It is more common in young women and older men, although it can develop in people of any gender and age. Symptoms worsen with muscle activity and improve with rest. Diagnosis is based on measurement of serum levels of acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibodies, electromyography and bedside tests (ice test, rest test).

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE POPULATION INDICATORS OF THE SPECIES SINANODONTA GIBBA AND SINANODONTA RUERORUM OF THE UNIONIDAE FAMILY IN THE WATER ECOSYSTEMS OF THE SYRDARYO AND SANGZOR RIVERS

Boymurodov Kh.T., Khorazov S.J., Bobonazarov G. Y., Davronov B.O.

In the aquatic ecosystems of the studied area, as the population of Synanodonta genera species increased in age, it was observed that the population indicators such as the occurrence and density of the species decreased, and the population indicators such as the mass of mollusks and the size of the shells increased. The population indicators of Sinanodonta gibba, Sinanodonta gibba and Sinanodonta ruerorum species of the Unionidae family, Sinanodonta genus, distributed in the Syrdarya region of the Syrdarya river, were found to differ from the population indicators in the Gallaorol area of the Sangzor river. the hydrochemical composition of rivers and the water regime have an effect on this was determined. Synanodonta gibba in Syrdarya region of Syrdarya region and Sangzor river Gallaorol regions are distinguished by the fact that individuals of 2-5 years of age are mainly fast-growing, and individuals of 6-9 years of age are a decreasing population. The shell sizes of Sinanodonta gibba and Sinanodonta ruerorum species tend to increase with age was studied.

STROKE

Amonov A., Ahmadjonov F., Sharopov D.

Stroke (acute cerebrovascular accident) is an acute condition associated with blockage or rupture of a blood vessel or venous sinus in the brain. Acute cerebrovascular accident (ACVA) is a sudden disruption of normal blood flow in the brain resulting from blockage or rupture of blood vessels. The disease is very dangerous for human health and life, therefore, when its first signs appear, urgent medical attention is needed. The diagnosis of stroke is established in the event of disturbances in the functioning of the cerebral vessels. When blood circulation is disrupted in a certain area of the brain, part of the nervous tissue dies. This can cause serious disability or death to the person. A stroke is not yet a stroke, but a condition that can lead to it. Timely adequate treatment can reduce the severity of the consequences of an attack.
