This article reviews the current state of research on neurofeedback and its potential benefits for individuals suffering from cognitive impairments related to MS. Research findings demonstrate significant improvements in memory, attention, and executive functions among MS patients undergoing neurofeedback therapy. Moreover, neurofeedback has been associated with enhancements in quality of life and emotional well-being, providing a comprehensive therapeutic approach for MS patients
