THE IMPORTANCE OF CAPILLARY PHENOMENA IN AGRICULTURE

Zulxumor Аbdurasilovna Yavkacheva

The article highlights that capillary phenomena has a great importance in the life of plants. Capillaries are common in nature, for example, human hair, small blood vessels of Man and animals, very thin vessels through which the juice of plants walks, the thinnest capillaries in the soil in which water rises to its surface, air diffused and moisture-absorbing pores of bricks, pores on eggshells and the like are examples of this. Students benefit from questions and answers about the importance of capillary phenomena in agriculture. For example, the question of what to do to dry wet soil in a certain place is answered as :in order to dry the soil faster, the soil capillaries are thinned out, that is, the diameter of the capillary tubes becomes smaller. In this case, the water will evaporate, and the soil will be able to work.

BIOECOLOGICAL AND MEDICINAL PROPERTIES OF ELDERBERRY (SAMBUCUS)

Эгамбердиев Муроджон Холмирзаевич, Сафаров Искандар Сайфиддинoвич, Курбанбоев Юсупбой Бахтиёрович

This article gives you a quick overview of sambucus. There is currently a great deal of emphasis on the reproduction and cultivation of food and medicinal plants to meet the global demand for organic food and medicine. We have studied and observed the process of biological adaptation of corals to different regions of the country. At the same time, the bioecological and medicinal properties of corals brought to Uzbekistan from different regions were studied.

EXPEDITION SURVEY OF THE TERRITORIES OF SOUTHERN KYRGYZSTAN AND COLLECTION OF LOCAL FORMS OF WILD PEAR

Хасанов Хамидулло Мухторович

The article presents the results of a scientific expeditionary survey of the species and form diversity of wild pear in the territory of southern Kyrgyzstan. During the scientific expedition, the areas of growth of wild species and the form diversity of pears were determined, morphological features and habitats of specimens were described. As a result of the expedition, 29 specimens belonging to 5 pear species were found, as well as interspecific hybrid forms: P.communis L. - 12 accessions.; P.korshynskyi Litv. - 4 accessions; P.bucharica Litv. - 3 accessions; P. regelii Rehd - 2 accessions; P.vavilovii M.Ror. - 2 accessions. and interspecific hybrid forms - 6 accessions. The discovered accessions were attracted to the world collection of the Research Institute of Plant Genetic Resources for conservation and further comprehensive study and pomological evaluation. It should be noted that the range of wild pear and other fruit crops in nature is currently sharply reduced. The main reasons are anthropogenic activities: cutting trees for firewood, grazing, etc.

DETERMINATION OF CADMIUM BY THE METHOD OF ATOM-ASSORPTION AND ATOM-EMISSION SPECTROMETERS IN LOCAL WHEAT VARIETY

Джахангирова Гульноза Зинатуллаевна, Толибов Боситжон

Iron deficiency leads to a weakening of plant growth and a decrease in their yield. A promising solution to this problem is the use of iron nanopowders, iron oxides as biostimulants for the growth of agricultural plants. However, the special properties of nanoparticles can enhance the mechanisms associated with toxic effects on living organisms and lead to microelementoses. The response of plants to the effect of iron is highly variable and depends on their genotype and species. Literature data on the effect of finely dispersed iron particles on the elemental composition of a plant of the species Triticum vulgare Vill (common wheat) are insufficient, in addition, the interaction of these particles with natural sorbents - humic acids, which control the bioavailability and transport of elements in natural objects, has not been practically studied. The article presents data on the content of toxic elements (Cd) in the aerial parts of Triticum vulgare Vill wheat plants grown in the soil under a single invasive effect of aqueous solutions of spherical nanoparticles of iron Fe0 (diameter 80 ± 5 nm), magnetite FeO (width 50– 80 nm and height 4–10 nm), ionic forms of di- and trivalent iron sulfate with the addition of humic acids isolated from brown coal of the Tyulganskoe deposit. When studying the dynamics of changes in the content of toxic elements, it was found that under the influence of iron and magnetite nanoparticles, the process of replacing more toxic mercury with less toxic cadmium is observed at a constant total amount, the use of ferric sulfate with a concentration of 0.0001 g/l for a single dose of -leaf of wheat Triticum vulgare Vill leads to the best result in reducing toxic elements (cadmium) in the aerial part of the plant.

PASTURE CAPACITY OF DEGRADED ARID LANDS OF UZBEKISTAN

Набиева Гулчехра Мирэргашевна, Нургалиев Нажмиддин Абдумажитович

The article describes the pasture capacity of the degraded semi-desert and desert zones of the Republic of Uzbekistan. As a result of continuous and intermittent use of pastures for many years, almost 10 million hectares of pastures are in varying degrees of degradation and productivity has declined significantly. Low productivity and severe overeating of fodder plants leads to overgrazing of pastures, i.e. per year, pasture capacity exceeds the allowable norm by more than 10 times. The main reasons for the decline in pasture productivity are: firstly, global climate change, drought; secondly, in the conditions of a growing number of livestock at the disposal of the population, the processes of pasture use are not regulated; thirdly, the system of animal husbandry that meets the new conditions has not been developed; fourthly, the types of plants popular on pastures have decreased, the role of which is assigned to other plant species of no economic importance; fifthly, this can be explained by insufficient attention to the organization of irrigation, melioration and seed production on pastures.
