BIOGAS PRODUCTION FROM DIFFERENT SUBSTRATES OF HALOPHYTIC PLANTS IN MESOPHILIC ENVIRONMENT (35˚C)

Жабборхонова Нодирахон Абдумалик қизи, Акиншина Наталья Геннадьевна

The search for and effective use of alternative renewable energy sources is an urgent task of modern life and it has an important scientific and applied significance. Anaerobic digestion of organic raw materials for energy production (biogas) is considered as the most affordable economically and technically in comparison with expensive methods of converting solar, wind or geothermal energies. The use of inedible plants growing on saline lands in the economy as a renewable raw material for energy production is very promising from an economic, technical and ecological point of view.

FEATURES OF THE CLINICAL COURSE OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

Элламонов Сухробжон Нуъмонович, Ташкенбаева Элеонора Негматовна, Абдиева Гулнора Алиевна

Diabetes mellitus and hypertension are among the most common diseases worldwide, and their frequency increases with age. Elevated blood pressure (BP) values are common in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2) and reflect, at least in part, the impact of underlying insulin resistance on the vasculature and kidneys. On the contrary, accumulating evidence suggests that carbohydrate metabolism disorders are more common in hypertensive patients, thus indicating that the pathogenic relationship between diabetes mellitus and hypertension is in fact bidirectional. The development of hypertension in diabetics not only complicates the treatment strategy and increases healthcare costs, but also significantly increases the risk of macrovascular and microvascular complications. Although the reduction in blood pressure is followed by a significant reduction in cardiovascular and microvascular morbidity and mortality, a significant proportion of patients with diabetes mellitus exhibit poorly controlled hypertension. This observation may reflect not only delayed recognition of the presence of hypertension, clinical inertia, and poor adherence, but also uncertainty about treatment goals and pathogen correlation.

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF BREEDING OF ROYAL BEES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF BEEKEEPING AND INCREASE OF FAMILY PRODUCTIVITY IN FERGANA VALLEY

Jamolov Rapiqjon Qushmatovich, Boboyev Baxromjon Kenjayevich, O‘ktamjonov Shohruhbek Botirbek o‘g‘li

In the conditions of Fergana Valley, mother bees often start laying eggs in the second half of February, that is, with the onset of stable warm days. Even if the cool weather comes later, the queen bees will not be able to stop laying eggs. During this period, mother bees lay up to 20-50 eggs in one day. The temperature in the open brood area of the beehive is maintained at around 340 degrees. Therefore, during the development of bee families that have left the colony in the spring, the hive is heated and reduced in size to keep the temperature in the beehive at the same level.

WORKS DONE IN THE FAMILIES OF BEES IN AUTUMN

Jamolov Rapiqjon Qushmatovich, Boboyev Baxromjon Kenjayevich, Mo‘ydinova Zuxraxon Nozimjon qizi

In beekeeping, in the fall, efforts are made to strengthen the bee family and breed a large number of young bees. If there are many young bees in strong bee colonies, the bee colony winters well in winter, the number of bees that die is small, and they are less disturbed during wintering. Also, the stronger the bee colony is, the more sparingly it consumes food during the winter and the less garbage accumulates in its hindguts.
