FEATURES OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS OF ECONOMIC ACCOUNTING OF MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL ASSETS

Irina Bozorova

The use of information technology in the educational process leads to the implementation of the principles of differential and individual approach to teaching, the teacher allows each student to work independently with teaching materials on a new topic in the classroom. Students will be able to familiarize themselves with the new material based on the given scheme. The use of information technology also creates opportunities for distance learning. The use of computer technology in the educational process helps to improve the quality of independent learning, a creative approach to the educational process, the acquisition of new knowledge. An example is the sequence of basic concepts of algorithmic steps required to master the topic "Post theorem and its results".

PARALLEL DATA TESTING ON "ONLINE HAKAM" SYSTEMS FOR PROGRAMMING STUDENTS

Yusupova Janar, Choponov Otajon, Allayarov Shohzodbek

Currently, many prize-winning programming competitions are organized by companies known for the production of programs in the world. In particular, world programming competitions under the names of ACM ICPC[1], Google codejam[2], Facebook hacker cup[3] and Yandex Algorithm are traditionally held every year. The main purpose of programming competitions is to select strong programmers and provide them with jobs. These competitions are a type of mental sport ("mind sport"), in which it is necessary to quickly and error-free program the given algorithmic problems in C, C++, Java, Python and other programming languages. The International Team Programming Competition, also known as the ICPC, is an annual multi-level programming competition held among universities around the world. The ICPC runs regional competitions spanning six continents, culminating in the global World Finals each year. More than 60,000 students from 3,514 universities in 115 countries of the world participated in this competition in 2021

ELECTROPHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF BINARY SILICON-GERMANIUM COMPOUNDS IN SILICON

Kushiev Giyosiddin Abdivahob ugli

The article presents the electrophysical properties of GexSi1-x binary compounds in silicon, a new material widely used in the field of electronics and photovoltaics. The main parameters of semiconductor materials were calculated: resistivity, concentration and mobility of charge carriers were studied by the Van de Pauw method. In addition, the IR field of binary GexSi1-x compounds was studied using a spectrophotometer. We know that the mobility of electrons in germanium is µ=3000 Ohm*cm/s. Such a high mobility makes it possible to form a silicon-germanium bond on the surface and near-surface region of silicon and use it in the field of electronics and photovoltaic.

GLOBAL DEMAND, APPLICATION, PRODUCTION SCALE OF LITHIUM COMPOUNDS

Murodjon Samadiy, Shafoat Namazov, Dilbar Ramazonova, Sitora Kayumova

Demand for lithium is growing rapidly as its use increases in a variety of applications such as rechargeable batteries, light aircraft alloys and fusion. Demand for lithium is expected to triple by 2025 at the expense of batteries, especially those used in electric vehicles. To meet the growing consumption of lithium, it is necessary to increase the production of lithium from various resources. The reserves of lithium resources in salt water of salt lakes, sea and geothermal water are 70-80% of the total, which are excellent raw materials for lithium extraction. Compared with minerals, the recovery of lithium from water resources is promising because this water recovery of lithium is more common, more environmentally friendly, and cost effective. There are many ways to extract lithium from water resources. Among the existing methods, the adsorption method is more promising in terms of production method. Therefore, important advances in the field of ion-exchange-adsorption methods for extracting lithium from water resources have been studied in detail.
