DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT IN TEACHING TECHNICAL SUBJECTS TO STUDENTS OF TECHNOLOGICAL DIRECTION BASED ON THE APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY

Mavlonov Abdulla Xolmat ugli

A bipolar transistor is a semiconductor device commonly used for amplification. The device can amplify analog or digital signals. It can also switch DC or function as an oscillator. Physically, a bipolar transistor amplifies current, but it can be connected in circuits designed to amplify voltage or power. In the diode tutorials we saw that simple diodes are made up from two pieces of semiconductor material to form a simple pn-junction and we also learnt about their properties and characteristics. If we now join together two individual signal diodes back-to-back, this will give us Two PN-junctions connected together in series that share a common P or N terminal. The fusion of these two diodes produces three layers, two junction, three terminal device forming the basis of a Bipolar Junction Transistor, or BJT for short. Transistors are three terminal active devices made from different semiconductor materials that can act as either an insulator or a conductor by the application of a small signal voltage. The transistor’s ability to change between these two states enables it to have two basic functions: “switching” (digital electronics) or “amplification” (analogue electronics). Then bipolar transistors have the ability to operate within three different regions: Active Region – the transistor operates as an amplifier Saturation – the transistor is “Fully-ON” operating as a switch Cut-off – the transistor is “Fully-OFF” operating as a switch

ANALYSIS OF POSSIBILITIES OF USING BIFACIAL SOLAR PANELS

M.N. Tursunov, Kh. Sabirov, T.Z. Axtamov, S.F. Toshpulatov

The purpose of our experimental experiment was to test 550W simple and bifacial solar panels with the same power. In our experiment, both panels were installed in the same stationary position and measurements were made at 15-minute intervals. Graphs were drawn for both panel indicators and analysis was carried out. Our article provides a comparative analysis of power, short circuit current and open circuit voltages

IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS BASED ON TEACHING ATOMIC PHYSICS USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

Shodmanov Toshtemir Ruziyevich

Education process which belongs to computer-assisted laboratory studies are considered one of the most difficult problems of higher education institutions. The subject of practical subjects in technical higher education institutions is complex and mainly requires explanation or demonstration in computer laboratory. These science topics emphasize on the use of observational skills, namely that students need to see the process in action and connect the theory more closely to reality. However, attitudes of students towards practical works are often negative because they don't give effect in laboratory work and this may reflect the notion that there is not clear purpose for practical assignments of student in the laboratory. The main purpose of this study is considered to study the effectiveness of active learning activities in the field of "Development of mobile application" on the basis of science program of Google Classroom's computer engineering specialty. In this research, a set of questionnaires was distributed to 100 students who enrolled in groups which teach "Development of mobile application". The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used to organize the relationship between the factors which were identified in the data analysis and the effectiveness of the learning activities. The results show that the majority of students are satisfied with the Google Classroom tool which is provided in class which all rates are above average. Rates is particularly good in areas such as comfortability of access, acceptable utility, communication and interaction, teaching and student's satisfaction with learning activities in the Google Classroom.

PROSPECTS FOR INTRODUCTION OF CREDIT CARDS IN COMMERCIAL BANKS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Kulliev Istam Yangimurodovich

Access to consumer credit in the form of credit cards has grown rapidly, becoming one of the most widely held financial instruments by households in developed countries. Credit cards provide the convenience of cashless transactions, i.e. shopping via mobile devices and the Internet. Credit cards allow consumers to defer payment to a future date and plan for a specific day, and relieve the cost pressures associated with temporary liquidity shortages. The development of competition in the market of retail credit services of the Republic of Uzbekistan requires the improvement of lending practices of individuals. In commercial banks, based on the needs of individuals, it is necessary to make quick decisions in the offer of retail credit products and in the lending process. It is for this reason that in the conditions of the unstable development of the financial market, banks face the issue of managing the quality of the portfolios formed and fundamentally changing the retail lending policy. Banks offer various loan products based on the needs of customers. This article describes the prospects of providing retail credit services to individuals through credit cards by commercial banks and its development in Uzbekistan

THE RUSSIAN-ARMENIAN LOGISTICS FORUM IS THE SCIENTIFIC BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORT COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN RUSSIA AND ARMENIA

G.L. Akopov, A.L. Akopova, V.S. Davtyan, I.S. Muradyan

On November 17-25, 2022, the Rostov branch of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation, with the active participation of the RPANEPA, held an international logistics forum dedicated to the day of transport workers. The forum opened with the international conference “Air transport - the basis of logistics communications”. Conferences under the general name “AviaTrans” have been held at the Rostov branch of MSTU GA since 2011 and this conference was no exception, it was unusual for the conference to be included in a single logistics forum, which started on November 17, 2022 at the Rostov branch of MSTU GA and ended on November 25, 2022 at the Government House Republic of Armenia. The designated forum was held at the initiative of the Ministry of Economy within the framework of the Program of International Cooperation between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Armenia, signed on December 22, 2021.
