Shamatov Islom Yakubovich, Shopulotova Zarina Abdumuminovna

The relevance of the study is due to the observed increase in chronic purulent polysinusitis and antibiotic resistance of the main pathogens. The effectiveness of low-frequency ultrasound in combination with endonasal intradermal antibiotic therapy was assessed. The study included 40 patients diagnosed with chronic purulent semi-sinusitis and a history of periodic exacerbations throughout the year. Patients of the 1st group received antibiotic therapy, the sinuses were washed with a 0.9% sodium chloride solution, and low-frequency ultrasound was used in the treatment of patients of the 2nd group. A comparative analysis showed the safety and high efficiency of low-frequency ultrasound, and the absence of its effect on the growth of antibiotic resistance allows its use in the treatment of chronic purulent polysinusitis.

HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF PESTICIDE RESIDUES IN VEGETABLE PRODUCTS OF PROTECTED SOIL

Voronina Natalya

The hygienic assessment of pesticide residues in vegetable products cultivated in protected soil environments is essential for ensuring food safety and mitigating potential health risks associated with pesticide exposure. Protected soil agriculture, characterized by controlled environments such as greenhouses and polytunnels, presents unique challenges in pesticide management due to the confined nature of these systems. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the levels of pesticide residues in various vegetable products grown in protected soil environments and assess their adherence to safety standards established by regulatory authorities. Through extensive sampling and analytical methodologies, pesticide residue levels are quantified, and potential health implications are elucidated. Additionally, the study investigates the factors influencing pesticide residue accumulation, including agricultural practices, pesticide application methods, and environmental factors. The findings not only contribute to understanding the extent of pesticide contamination in protected soil vegetable products but also inform strategies for improving agricultural practices, optimizing pesticide use, and enhancing regulatory measures to ensure food safety and public health.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF THE HYPOTHALAMIC-PITUITARY-OVARIAN SYSTEM IN WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE WITH OVARIAN EXHAUSTION SYNDROME

Tillashaykhova M.Kh.

The issue of estrogen deficiency remains a key area of focus in both scientific research and practical gynecological endocrinology. The negative impact of hypoestrogenism and possible ways of its correction have been thoroughly studied during the menopausal period, yet a significant decrease in the level of sex steroids can be observed at various stages of a woman's life: in juvenile and reproductive periods (Dedov I.I. et al., Ailamazyan E.K., 2007). Literature analysis indicates that ovarian exhaustion syndrome (OES), as a type of ovarian hypofunction, has been increasingly observed in recent years among relatively young individuals, aged 20–40 years (N.V. Barkalina, 2010). There are many conflicting opinions about the nature of this condition: some authors believe that it involves primary ovarian damage (Mal'tseva L.I. 2010), while others think that the primary damage occurs in the central structures of reproductive function (L.B. Butareva, M.A. Shakova, 2010). Finally, there is a viewpoint that excludes simultaneous damage to all structures of the reproductive system (N.A. Zhakhur, L.A. Marchenko, 2010). In this context, the aim of the current study was to investigate the pathogenetic mechanisms underlying menstrual function disorders by analyzing individual fluctuations in the levels of gonadotropins and ovarian steroid hormones and correlating them with the clinical characteristics of the examined patients.

Raximov Matnazar Shomurodovich, Boymurodov Sukhrob Khusniddinovich, Jumaboev Bahadir Eregepovich, Khasanov Nadir Khamrokulovich, Mirzamurodov Omon Khasanovich

The purpose of the study is the current state of Corbicula fluminalis populations distributed in the reservoirs of Uzbekistan consists of teaching malacalogical, ecological research methods and the method of comparative analysis. The aim of the study is to determine the faunal composition of Corbicula fluminalis bivalves in the reservoirs of Uzbekistan and to assess the prospects for their use. Corbicula fluminalis. Status. 2 (VU:D): Weak, shrinking appearance. The state of the C. fluminalis population in the reservoirs of Uzbekistan is the following: P1. Ferghana population of the Syr Darya: 2 – 43%, p=2.6; 3 – 37%, p=2.2; 4 – 20%, p=1.2. P2. Syrdarya population of Syrdarya: 2 – 41%, p=2.8; 3 – 43%, p=2.5; 4 – 16%, p=1.1. P3. Average Zarafshan: 2 – 44%, p=3.3; 3 – 39%, p=2.9; 4 – 17%, p=1.3. P4. Middle Kashkadarya: 2 – 44%, p=2.9; 3 – 38%, p=2.5; 4 – 18%, p= 1.2. P5. Middle Amu Darya: 2 – 40%, ρ=2,4; 3 – 45%, ρ=2,7; 4 – 5%, ρ=0,9. Indicators of the age ratio of the C. fluminalis population are observed in populations distributed in the territory of the Fergana region of the Syrdarya basin, Middle Zarafshan and Middle Kashkadarya. Conclusion In all studied populations of Corbicula fluminalis (Müller, 1774); body parameters (shell length, height, swelling) linearly increase with the age of mollusks. Similar to other members of the Corbicula genus, the active period of the organism’s indicators corresponds to the age of 2-3 years. After the age of 4, they grow very slowly. It should be noted that in the population of Syrdarya region of Syrdarya and Middle Amudarya, shell size does not change after 3 years of age. The smallest biomass of the species in the population corresponds to the contribution of 2-year-old individuals, in which their mass is 59-75 g. but they have the highest density in it during this period. The highest biomass corresponds to the share of 3-year-old individuals of the species in the population.

L. U. Makhmudov, N.L. Vypova, F.K Ashurova, R..A.Yakubova, Sh.T. Usmonov, N.A. Tagayalieva

Supramolecular complexes of the monoammonium glycyrrhizinate (MG) with amino acids, to name methionine (Met) and DL-carnitine-HCL (Car) and phenolic compounds, to name quercetin (Que) and methoxycinnamic acid (MethA) in molar ratio 4:1, were generated as promising low-dose cytoprotectors/hepatoprotectors. After induction of acetaminophen-induced hepatitis (1500 mg/kg for 2 days intragastrically) and the 7-day administration of complexes, MG/Met and MG/MethA caused statistically significant shortening of duration of hexobarbital-induced sleep at the dose of 2,5 mg/kg (160±14,0 min in control vs 36,1±2,3 and 33,4±2,2 min, respectively, p<0,05 both) and duration of thiopental-induced sleep at the dose of 5 mg/kg (63,5±4,2 min in control vs 20,7±1,6 and 17,7±1,2 min, respectively, p<0,05 both); MG/Car and MG/Que at the dose 5 mg/kg caused the most significant reduction in activity of the enzyme alkaline phosphatase (245,2±16,4 U/l in control vs 88,33±4,67 and 96,13±4,27 U/l, respectively, p<0,05 both). According to histological studies MG/Met and MG/MethA at the dose of 5 mg/kg caused more significant reduction in the dyscirculatory and edematous events; signs of activation of lymphoid and macrophagal cells in the liver tissue appeared. Under normal physiological conditions, the complexes under study were not found to produce any effects on the bile secreting function of the liver. These findings demonstrate necessity to generate a complex medication combining various effects indispensable for recovery of various functions of the liver after acute injuries, toxic effects of xenobiotics, as well as for prevention of grave complications of hepatitis

Arifov Saidkasim Saidazimovich, Erkinova Zilola Elbekovna

The study of the genetic and biochemical basis of the problem of the formation of post-acne scar changes, as well as the establishment of significant molecular genetic and biochemical markers is almost at the very initial stage of development⁷᾿⁸᾿⁹᾿¹⁰᾿¹¹᾿¹²᾿¹³. Recently, the literature very often states the presence of a pathogenetic connection between unfavorable genotypes with the formation of an atrophic form of post-acne¹, which became the goal of our study. Of these, works devoted to assessing the significance of the 1997C/A polymorphism of the COL1A1 gene (including indirectly) in the formation of post-acne scar changes are limited to single studies¹᾿¹⁴᾿¹⁵᾿¹⁶ In addition to these, there are works devoted to the role of epigenetic factors in disruption of COL1A1 collagen synthesis and the development of scars post-acne¹⁷᾿¹⁸᾿¹⁹. At the same time, our results are consistent with the data of the above researchers
