In recent years, Uzbek national folklore performing arts, stages of development and historical development of folklore and ethnographic communities, repertoire of groups, performance skills have been conducted by experts in the field, folklorists. But on the ground, there are problems with the organization of folklore-ethnographic communities and the correct conduct of leadership activities in bohkar. In this article, the activities of the leader in the organization and management of folklore-ethnographic communities, the specific tasks of the leader were scientifically and practically analyzed and recommendations were given.
