THE INFLUENCE OF SUBLINGUAL SPECIFIC IMMUNOTHERAPY ON THE DYNAMICS OF SENSITIZATION INDICATORS IN POLLEN-INDUCED BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

In recent years, bronchial asthma (BA) has been attracting increasing attention from practicing physicians and researchers. This can be explained by a clear increase in the prevalence of BA among all age groups of the population, significant changes in clinical manifestations with more severe progression, and still inadequate effectiveness of the treatment measures being used [1,2,3,4,6]. Currently, the problem of the pathogenetic basis of pollinosis has been extensively investigated, with a leading role attributed to IgE-mediated allergic reactions [5,8,9]. The choice of method of anesthesia during cesarean section in patients with mitral stenosis (MS) was carried out taking into account the severity of stenosis and the functional state of the cardiovascular system at the time of delivery, taking into account the recommendations of the Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of the Republic of the Northern Central Medical Center named after. Academician I.I. Grekov of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Central (neuraxial) blocks, especially spinal anesthesia, are recognized as the most preferred method of anesthetic management in case of cesarean section.

Thyroid diseases are one of the most common diseases in the field of endocrinology. For example, in toxic and non-toxic goiters, this leads to dysfunction of most organs and systems, with the most significant changes occurring in the circulatory system. However, it is known that the use of drug reimbursement for this condition may not be effective for all patients. In this case, the treatment result depends on the patient’s safety during surgery, and in many cases on the premedication technique. In the last decade, the possibilities of premedication during thyroid surgery have expanded significantly. The article discusses the preparation and conduct of premedication of patients with thyroid disease for surgery.

It has been established that a rationally organized and systematically carried out daily regimen promotes the correct development of adolescents, the normal functioning and clear interaction of all mental and body systems, protects the nervous system from overwork, increases the body's resistance to diseases, ensures high performance during the school day and allows without damage to health, performing additional loads ultimately contributes to the harmonious development of the child [4,6].

spite of the many existing methods of treatment of elbow fractures, proportion of complications and poor outcomes is still quite a high (15, 2–40%). Difficulties in of the treatment of elbow fractures in children caused by a number of features: a complex anatomic and topographic location, small size of the distal fracture fragment, the frequency of damage to the articular capsule, blood vessels and nerves. The method we use facilitates the use of plaster immobilization, enables the early possibility of physiotherapy exercise, and with careful examination of each patient with isolated damage to the proximal radial bone epimetaphysis, it is easy to establish the symptom of a fracture of the proximal part of radial bone.
