Rustamov Temur Rustam ogli, Azizjanov Khushnud Maxsudovich, Khudoyberganov Oybek Ikromovich

Nowadays, great amount of interest in the development of methods for the synthesis of metallocomplex compounds of biologically active compounds available in the world with 3d metals and in determining their physicochemical properties is steadily increasing. These compounds are actual for their use as antibiotics and painkillers in pharmaceutics, as biologically active substances in medicine, and as antibacterial active substances that inhibit the growth of bacteria for microorganism cells [1]. The synthesis of the complex combination of 2-(3-benzoylphenyl) propionic acid (Ketoprofen) with Cu2+ from saturated monocarboxylic acid derivatives was studied. Factors affecting the synthesis of CuC34H34N4O8 complex compound under room conditions were shown. In particular, the dependence of the yield of the reaction product on time, the effect of temperature, and the dependence on concentration were studied in practice. Physico-chemical research of the synthesized complex compound was studied using IR-Fourier-spectroscopy, elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, TG-DSK and X-ray structural analysis methods, its chemical structure was determined, and it was proved that this new complex compound is thermally and chemically stable. [2].

RESEARCH OF THE PROCESS OF PURIFICATION OF SPENT SULFURIC ACID PRODUCTION OF ACETYLENE (PVC1) AND CAUSTIC SODA (PVC1)

B.T. Koshanova, A.U. Erkaev, M.S. Dzhandullaeva, A.B. Toshtemirov

Currently, there is no universal method for cleaning waste technical sulfuric acid. The technique directly depends on the impurities, volume, and final need, that is, the specific task: why purification is carried out, what needs to be obtained in the end. Also, the concentration of waste sulfuric acid complicates the process with the deposition of organic sediments on the inner surface of the pipes of expensive heaters with subsequent clogging of the pipes. This raises the problem of cleaning pipes from hardened sediments. In addition, organic impurities contribute to the decomposition of sulfuric acid with the formation of gas emissions of sulfur dioxide.

INFLUENCE OF TEMPERATURE AND SOLAR RADIATION ON THE POWER OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS

Z. M. Igamkulova

There are many factors that lead to low panel efficiency, such as panel angle, shading, dust, solar radiation level, temperature and other losses. Among these factors, solar radiation levels and temperature are more prominent. The level of solar radiation varies throughout the year. The average annual variation in the level of extraterrestrial solar radiation is 1367 W/m2 and is shown by dotted lines. On the other hand, the level of solar radiation falling on the Earth is less than the level of extraterrestrial solar radiation and varies depending on the geographical location of countries. Changes in atmospheric conditions such as solar radiation levels and temperature during the day have a major impact on the panel's efficiency. Therefore, it is very important to know the level of solar radiation and the effect of temperature on the photovoltaic panel. In this paper we examine the equivalent circuit of the panel and carries out simulations in MATLAB using standard photovoltaic panel data, and also studies the influence of temperature and solar radiation on the power and current-voltage characteristics of the photovoltaic panel.

SOME PROPERTIES OF GLASSES ON THE BASE OF FLOTATIONА WASTE OF COPPER CONCENTRATING MILL AND PHOSPHOGYPS

M.M.Aripova

Currently flotation waste - copper concentrating mill (CCM) Almalyk mining and metallurgical combine (AMMK) and metallurgical slags and flooded and also phosphogyps – waste for all producers of phosphorus fertilizers is on volume one of the first places among the by-products of industry and these wastes are one thousand hectares of land suitable to agriculture. The problem of handling large – capacity sulphate production waste-phosphogyps, which is formed up to 1.6 tons when processing 1 ton of raw materials, is complex. The global annual output of phosphogyps is more than 150 million tons, while Uzbekistan accounts for about 3 million tons. Currently, our Republic has accumulated about 80 million tons of phosphogyps. Therefore, the use of these wastes in the production of building materials is relevant not only from the point of view of resource conservation, but also from the point of view of environmental protection. In this regard, one of the options for using them in the production of building materials is proposed. In particular, the possibility of obtaining glass for construction purposes based on phosphogyps and flotation waste from a copper processing plant has been established. Some physical and chemical properties have been studied, and the crystal phases of crystallized glasses have also been determined. Glasses and glass crystallized materials formation on the base of phosphogyps and flotation tails of a copper factory has been investigated. Certain physical - chemical properties and crystallizability of the received glasses has been studied. The main crystal phases of crystallized glasses have been examined by thermal, microscopic end X-ray analyses.

ANALYSIS OF LOSSES AND EFFICIENCY OF THE RPM SYSTEM AT THE SHARIKHAN-KHOJAABAD FIELD

Sodikov J.S, Mamatkoshimov A.A, Egamberdieva O.R

In the article, based on data from the Sharihan-Khojaabad field, an analysis of losses and the effectiveness of the water pressure maintenance system was carried out, as a result of which, thanks to the dynamics of changes in injection, it was revealed that water is not pumped to the target site, or the injected water cannot influence a nearby production well due to a tectonic fault between them. In order to increase their productivity, measures have been proposed that can subsequently increase the efficiency of wells.

APPLICATION ENERGY MANAGEMENT IS AN EFFECTIVE ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM AND SOLVING PROBLEMS OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION

X.A. Sattorov, I.I. Bakhadirov

The urgency of changing the attitude towards energy reserves is due to the ever-increasing price of fuel, the increase in the amount of consumed resources, resulting in high energy consumption and, accordingly, the cost of production. This problem, in turn, causes the competitiveness of products, their low sales in the world and domestic markets, the inefficiency of the economy in general, etc. The implementation of the energy management system allows analyzing and taking into account all processes related to energy consumption (energy aspects) of the company. Based on the analysis, it is possible to reduce energy loss and increase energy efficiency in all practices of production activities. The central place in the energy management system is aimed at the formation of an energy strategy that reflects the obligations of the company's management related to energy efficiency, aimed at ensuring the ability to consistently support and develop efforts to increase the energy efficiency of the enterprise and energy consumption. Increasing the energy efficiency of energy consumption and increasing the energy efficiency of energy consumption allows keeping the enterprise in accordance with its energy needs. Technically, the operation of the energy management system is based on the gross use of modern measuring equipment and software. The system of technical accounting of energy reserves provides objective information to the managers of the enterprise to make reasonable decisions from the functional and financial point of view. The benefits of conscious energy management are clear. The benefits of conscious energy management are clear. The principle that leads to the transition to systematic energy management is the transition of the enterprise from one-time investment projects in the energy infrastructure to the construction of periodic processes for the development and implementation of organizational and technical measures. However, the low level of scientific and methodological support, insufficient training of personnel on energy saving and energy efficiency improvement, and other problems do not allow to create conditions for wide implementation of the considered energy cost management system in industrial enterprises.
