Abstract. This article deals with the role of Youth Organizations and Mahalla and Family Support Departments, their goals and objectives in the implementation of measures to ensure youth employment and the widespread development of entrepreneurship among them in the Republic of Uzbekistan today.

Keywords: small business and private entrepreneurship, "guardianship", employment, career guidance, support for youth entrepreneurship, labor market, organization and development of family businesses, development of youth tourism, increasing the socio-economic activity of young people.
